The Prettiest Grassland Trek In Himachal A lot of trekkers do the Bhrigu Lake trek for the lake steeped in mythology. This trek lies in Himachal Pradesh, around 20 km north of Manali and can be accessed from Gulaba.It is known as the place where the famous saint Maharishi Bhrigu sat in deep meditation. However, we believe the lake is not the only thing the trek has to offer. You must do the Bhrigu Lake trek for its grasslands.From these grassy knolls, you will see the mountains of Pir Panjal and Dhauladhar dominating the skyline.This is your garden in the sky. In the months of July to September, youâ€™ll see the meadows at their lushest green. Youâ€™ll spot wildflowers everywhere.The meadows change texture, shape, and colour but stay with you all along the trek â€“ right until Bhrigu Lake. This is what makes the trek special. Getting a chance to be in such alpine meadows all along a trek is a rare opportunity.

Day Wise Schedule

Day 1

Report at Manali Volvo Bus stand and our representative meet and greet you and transfer to Gulaba (22Kms). The starting point for Bhrigu Lake Trek later starts your trek to Rola Kholi 7 km, 4 to 5-hour trek, through the forest and meadows. Some of the peaks which are visible during the trek are Mt. Hanuman Tibba and the Seven Sister peaks. Carry water with you as there is a very limited source of water before Kolang Nallah. After 3-4 hours of the trek, we will at Kolang Nallah and some rest there. After crossing the Kolang Nallah, again start trek for another 1.5 to 2 hours to reach Rola Kholi. Our first campsite during the trek Rola Kholi is the perfect campsite place because a small water stream flows there. Overnight stay in camps followed by the Dinner.

Day 2

After early breakfast, today we start trekking towards to Bhrigu Lake and later back to Rola Kholi ( Campsite ). As we close to the lake, our surroundings change color from green meadows to brown and to white (in winters). Once we reach the lake, the view is eye-catching because of the beauty of the bhrigu lake. After spending some time capture the images of the lake, we start our return trek to our camps at Rola Kholi. Overnight stay at camps followed by the dinner.

Day 3

After breakfast for the last day of our trek from Rola Kholi to Gulaba later drive to Manali bus stand for onwards journey of your home town with sweet memories of trek.

Items of personal nature such as phone calls, room services, minibars, pay movies, laundry, etc. or until and unless mentioned in the Hotel Voucher.
Country’s Tourist Fee wherever applicable.
National Park Fees.
Rates may change in the case of hotel rates, transport rates, government taxes or entrance fees.
Transfer Surcharges in case of Public Holidays.

Notes:

In case of any unprecedented hike in airfare, hotel charges or other service charges, the same will be levied extra.
Tour can be canceled or postponed due to natural calamities or any political issues.
No Show Guest would not be given any refund nor would their tours rescheduled.
SIC means Seat In Coach Basis. The driver would communicate with the Guests if there is a change in the assigned pick up
If the Guest fails to reach the designated place within the time arranged, there will be no replacement given and the arrangement needs to be made on your own.
The Guide will be available only for some specific tours/excursions.
If there is any change in flights by airline then tours and Transfers rescheduling will not be done.

After booking Confirmation Rs. 1000/- per person per Amendment Charges.
Room type Twin or Double is at the sole discretion of Hotels. Hotels allocate the rooms on Run of The House basis.
It is entirely your responsibility to arrange, provide and carry on tour valid travel documents including Passport, which is valid for a period of at least six months from the date of travel on the tour with necessary Visa/s and immigration clearance (if applicable), confirmed air tickets, documents confirming insurance to cover risk to life, limb and property for the duration of the tour, medical clearances, inoculation/vaccination certificates as the case may be to be able to travel as per the tour itinerary.
Any increase in the rate of exchange leading to an increase in surface transportation and land arrangements which may come into effect prior to departure. The tour price is subject to increase without notice if this rate changes substantially prior to departure.
It is entirely your responsibility to check the Service Voucher(s) / Tickets / Visas / Insurance Policies carefully and to let the Company know immediately in the event of any error.
Itinerary may be changed by tour manager while execution of the tour hence do not fix your own program at all as the itinerary is subject to change.
As granting or rejecting visas and immigration clearance is the sole prerogative of the concerned sovereign Government, the Company shall neither be responsible in case of nongranting of such documents nor liable for any delay, denial or other related act or for any loss, expense, damage or cost resulting therefrom.
In case, your visa is applied through us and is rejected before 30 days of travel: Visa Fee is non Refundable, the booking amount of 25% will be refunded back. Less than 30 Days travel: 25% of the booking amount will be charged.
