Day Wise Itinerary

 

Day 1: Arrival in Kuala Lumpur

Arrive at Kuala Lumpur International Airport (KLIA).Meet your representative and transfer to the hotel (seat-in-coach basis). Check-in and relax after your journey.Evening free for leisure — explore Bukit Bintang or visit Petronas Twin Towers (photo stop) on your own. Overnight: Kuala Lumpur

 

 

Day 2: Half-Day Kuala Lumpur City Tour

Breakfast at the hotel. Proceed for a Half-Day Kuala Lumpur City Tour (seat-in-coach basis):

  • Visit King’s Palace (photo stop)
  • National Mosque & Independence Square
  • Petronas Twin Towers (photo stop)
  • KL Tower Observation Deck (entry included)

Afternoon free for shopping at Pavilion Mall / Suria KLCC / Central Market. Overnight: Kuala Lumpur

 

 

Day 3: Full-Day Genting Highlands Excursion (Private Basis)

Breakfast at the hotel. Depart for Genting Highlands (approx. 1.5 hours drive).Enroute, visit Batu Caves (famous Hindu temple & limestone caves).Take the One-Way Genting Cable Car ride with panoramic mountain views.Enjoy Genting Indoor Theme Park (Skytropolis) — thrilling rides, VR games & shopping. Return to Kuala Lumpur by evening. Overnight: Kuala Lumpur

 

 

Day 4: Departure

Breakfast at the hotel. Check out and transfer to Kuala Lumpur International Airport (seat-in-coach basis) for your return flight.

Booking Procedure

 

  • Date of booking to 30 days prior to travel 30 % and bookings done which are non-refundable.
  • 30 to 15 days prior to travel 50% cancellation
  • 15 to 7 days prior to travel 75% cancellation
  • 0 to 7 days prior to travel or No show 100% cancellation

Cancellation Policy

 

The cancellation policy is subject to change. It purely depends upon the cancellation terms of the respective hotel and the peak/off-season rates. Refunds will take 15 – 30 working days to be credited back to the bank account. The airline refund will be credited back once PML receives the same from the airline.

  • In case of any unprecedented hike in airfare, hotel charges or other service charges, the same will be levied extra.
  • Tour can be canceled or postponed due to natural calamities or any political issues.
  • No Show Guest would not be given any refund nor would their tours rescheduled.
  • SIC means Seat In Coach Basis. The driver would communicate with the Guests if there is a change in the assigned pick up
  • If the Guest fails to reach the designated place within the time arranged, there will be no replacement given and the arrangement needs to be made on your own.
  • The Guide will be available only for some specific tours/excursions.
  • If there is any change in flights by airline then tours and Transfers rescheduling will not be done.
  • Above Mentioned Itinerary, Flight, Timing & rates are subject to change. Hotels, services, and Air Ticket quoted are subject to the final Confirmation from Hotels, Suppliers and Airlines, Else similar property/ Airlines (Hotels) will be used.
  • After booking Confirmation Rs. 1000/- per person per Amendment Charges. Only if booking allows amendments.
  • Room type Twin or Double is at the sole discretion of Hotels. Hotels allocate the rooms on Run of The House basis.
  • It is entirely your responsibility to arrange, provide and carry on tour valid travel documents including Passport, which is valid for a period of at least six months from the date of travel on the tour with necessary Visa/s and immigration clearance (if applicable), confirmed air tickets, documents confirming insurance to cover risk to life, limb and property for the duration of the tour, medical clearances, inoculation/vaccination certificates as the case may be to be able to travel as per the tour itinerary.
  • Any increase in the rate of exchange leading to an increase in surface transportation and land arrangements which may come into effect prior to departure. The tour price is subject to increase without notice if this rate changes substantially prior to departure.
  • It is entirely your responsibility to check the Service Voucher(s) / Tickets / Visas / Insurance Policies carefully and to let the Company know immediately in the event of any error.
  • Itinerary may be changed by tour manager while execution of the tour hence do not fix your own program at all as the itinerary is subject to change.
  • As granting or rejecting visas and immigration clearance is the sole prerogative of the concerned sovereign Government, the Company shall neither be responsible in case of no granting of such documents nor liable for any delay, denial or other related act or for any loss, expense, damage or cost resulting there from.
  • In case, your visa is applied through us and is rejected : Visa Fee is non Refundable.
  • 5% TCS and GST will be charged extra.
  • Above prices is the promotional price and is subject to availability at the time of booking.
  • Above fare is not available on long weekends and blackout dates.
