Day Wise Itinerary

 

Day 1: Arrival in Bali
Arrival at Ngurah Rai International Airport.Meet your driver and transfer to hotel.Check-in & relax.Evening: Leisure (explore local markets or enjoy hotel facilities)

 

 

Day 2: Watersports + Uluwatu Sunset
Morning (09:00 – 13:00):Head to Benoa Beach.Enjoy Banana Boat, Parasailing Adventure/Flying Fish, and Jet Ski. Afternoon (13:00 – 16:00):Return to hotel, rest & lunch.Evening (16:00 – 20:00):Visit Uluwatu Temple. Watch sunset + Kecak Dance performance. Return to hotel.

 

 

Day 3: Nusa Penida West Tour + Snorkeling
Early Morning (06:00 – 07:00): Pickup & transfer to harbour.
08:00 – 16:00: Nusa Penida tour:
Broken Beach ,Angel’s Billabong,Kelingking Cliff Snorkeling at Toya Pakeh. Lunch included (local warung/restaurant).Evening (18:00): Back to Bali hotel.

 

 

Day 4: Ubud + Kintamani + Swing Experience
Morning (09:00 – 12:00): Visit Ubud Village & local art market.Explore Tegenungan Waterfall.Afternoon (12:00 – 15:00):Scenic drive to Tegalalang Rice Terraces.Try Swing by Pioneer (variety of swings & nests).Evening (15:00 – 18:00):Drive to Kintamani Highlands for Mount Batur view.Return to hotel.

 

 

Day 5: Bedugul + Tanah Lot
Morning (09:00 – 12:00):Visit Ulun Danu Beratan Temple (lake temple).Afternoon (12:00 – 15:00):Stop at Handara Gate for iconic photos.Lunch nearby.Evening (16:00 – 18:30):Visit Tanah Lot Temple – best during sunset.Return to hotel.

 

 

Day 6: East Bali (Lempuyang + Tirta Gangga)
Early Morning (07:00 – 09:00):Depart for East Bali (longer drive ~2 hrs).Morning (09:30 – 12:00)Visit Lempuyang Temple (Gate of Heaven).Be prepared for possible queues for photos.Afternoon (12:30 – 15:00):Explore Tirta Gangga Water Palace. Lunch at a local restaurant.Evening (16:30 – 18:00): Return to hotel.

 

 

Day 7: Departure

Free time for shopping or relaxing.Hotel check-out & transfer to airport.

Booking Procedure

 

  • Date of booking to 30 days prior to travel 30 % and bookings done which are non-refundable.
  • 30 to 15 days prior to travel 50% cancellation
  • 15 to 7 days prior to travel 75% cancellation
  • 0 to 7 days prior to travel or No show 100% cancellation

Cancellation Policy

 

The cancellation policy is subject to change. It purely depends upon the cancellation terms of the respective hotel and the peak/off-season rates. Refunds will take 15 – 30 working days to be credited back to the bank account. The airline refund will be credited back once PML receives the same from the airline.

  • In case of any unprecedented hike in airfare, hotel charges or other service charges, the same will be levied extra.
  • Tour can be canceled or postponed due to natural calamities or any political issues.
  • No Show Guest would not be given any refund nor would their tours rescheduled.
  • SIC means Seat In Coach Basis. The driver would communicate with the Guests if there is a change in the assigned pick up
  • If the Guest fails to reach the designated place within the time arranged, there will be no replacement given and the arrangement needs to be made on your own.
  • The Guide will be available only for some specific tours/excursions.
  • If there is any change in flights by airline then tours and Transfers rescheduling will not be done.
  • Above Mentioned Itinerary, Flight, Timing & rates are subject to change. Hotels, services, and Air Ticket quoted are subject to the final Confirmation from Hotels, Suppliers and Airlines, Else similar property/ Airlines (Hotels) will be used.
  • After booking Confirmation Rs. 1000/- per person per Amendment Charges. Only if booking allows amendments.
  • Room type Twin or Double is at the sole discretion of Hotels. Hotels allocate the rooms on Run of The House basis.
  • It is entirely your responsibility to arrange, provide and carry on tour valid travel documents including Passport, which is valid for a period of at least six months from the date of travel on the tour with necessary Visa/s and immigration clearance (if applicable), confirmed air tickets, documents confirming insurance to cover risk to life, limb and property for the duration of the tour, medical clearances, inoculation/vaccination certificates as the case may be to be able to travel as per the tour itinerary.
  • Any increase in the rate of exchange leading to an increase in surface transportation and land arrangements which may come into effect prior to departure. The tour price is subject to increase without notice if this rate changes substantially prior to departure.
  • It is entirely your responsibility to check the Service Voucher(s) / Tickets / Visas / Insurance Policies carefully and to let the Company know immediately in the event of any error.
