By Logging in the website www.pmlholidays.com the user hereby certify and confirm that he/she is bound by the following terms & conditions :-

Applicability:

www.pmlholidays.com is a web application owned and operated by PAUL MERCHANTS LTD to facilitate offering travel services like Air Ticket / Hotels / Holiday Packages / Travel insurance/other allied services to the travellers who intend to book the services for their travel needs. The services are provided from its user interface www.pmlholidays.com and the same can also be made available through its sales office / head office and/or franchisee office.

User Obligations:

By availing services through www.pmlholidays.com the user accepts the terms and conditions including but not limited to Price details, Rules, Penalties, Refunds documentation required against the transaction made on PML Holidays. All services rendered are different from each other, hence specific rules of each transaction will apply. In case of any conflict, the present terms and conditions will prevail. PML Holidays reserves the right to use the email Id / mobile number or any other personal information supplied by the user to send the itinerary details and or send special promotions from time to time.

Foreign Exchange transactions

While making payments in foreign currency, the user hereby undertakes and confirms that he has complied with all applicable rules and regulations/ guidelines prescribed by RBI from time to time. Use of this Site by any user for the purpose of any Foreign Exchange transaction is a deemed Declaration by the customer under Foreign Exchange Management Act, 2002 as to the purpose of the Transaction. The Company holds no responsibility for any kind of violation or irregularity committed by the User.

Online Payments

By booking any transaction through payment gateway options, you irrevocably authorize and allow the Company and its employees /agents like banks and representatives designated by them to retrieve, use, store your relevant information/data at all times. For any transaction made through debit/credit card/netbanking/Wallet payment online, the entire responsibility of the same shall always rest upon you and the Company will have no answerability/liability /responsibility for any type of misuse/excess payment /wrong payment and false debit etc.

Service Charges

PML Holidays reserves the right to add a service fee to the published fare on the website and once confirmed it will be the responsibility of the USER to pay all charges, fees, taxes arising out of each transaction. All commercial terms and conditions are subject to change solely at the discretion of PML Holidays without any notice. The user understands and confirms that this stipulation is fair considering the unique circumstances of travel trade.

Paul Merchants Ltd. (PML) respects your privacy as a visitor to our site www.pmlholidays.com. Your visit to this Site is subject to this "Privacy Policy" as may be amended from time to time.

PML Holidays, which is a Travel branch of PML, shall provide you travel-related information, pricing, availability and reservations for airlines, hotels, railway, holiday packages, bus and car rentals across cities and rural areas throughout India ("Service"). This Service may be availed by the User in India at any time during the year as is offered by various third party vendors like airlines, hotels, etc. PML Holidays uses your personal information to enhance the operational & performance of this site, allowing you to use all of its features and respond to your requests for information in an efficient manner. We may contact you about new features enhancements or additional services in which we believe will be beneficial for you.

PML Holidays at its sole discretion reserves the right not to accept any order placed by the user through the website without assigning any reason thereof. Any contract to provide any service by PML Holidays is not complete until full money towards the service is received from the user and accepted by the Company.

We may disclose any information we may deem necessary, in our sole discretion, to comply with any applicable laws & regulatory requirements of the Government.

We collect information from our visitors both by asking specific questions on this site and by permitting you to communicate directly with us via e-mail/ phone/ live chat or another channel. Some information that you submit may be personal information or financial information relating to your bank account / credit card / debit card etc. All such information is used for processing your booked orders and under no circumstance are any of these details made available in the public domain. We may use this information for our internal tracking and to send you further information regarding our services.

Use of Information

We may utilize the services of other companies and individuals to perform functions on our behalf. Which may include data analysis firms and web hosting companies. Such third parties may be provided with the information described above. A list of such third parties may be provided, on the discretion of PML under circumstances warranted under applicable law. Further, we will not retain any personal information or sensitive personal information for longer than is necessary for the purposes for which it has been collected

Air Reservations:

1. What is the maximum number of passengers booked at one time?
a. You can book a maximum of 9 passengers at a time. For more than 9 passengers in one flight, you can contact us for group fares at 1800 137 1444.

2. How do I get my ticket copy?
a. After payment confirmations, you will receive an email of the ticket in your inbox which is required to be printed and produced at check in failing which boarding may be denied.

3. Do I need to reconfirm my flights?
a. Reconfirmation of flights is no longer essential by majority of the airlines; however the same can be checked at the respective airlines website or by contacting us at 1800 137 1444

4. Can I cancel my ticket online?
a. The ticket cannot be cancelled online and you are required to contact our backend team at 1800 137 1444.

5. Is there any cancellation charged imposed upon cancellations?
a. The cancellation charges are imposed as per the fare governed over that ticket. PML Holidays service fee of Rs. 500 is applied on all the transactions.

6. What if I forget or lost my ticket copy?
a. Since all the tickets issued are E tickets and it is not a mandate to carry a print out of the same. However we suggest you to carry a ticket copy along with a valid ID proof in case of domestic travel and a passport in place of ID proof in case of international Travel.
b. Note : Please note you are required to check for all the visa requirements before your travel. PML Holidays is not responsible for any concerns arisen for the same.

7. Can I make a change to my ticket?
a. Date change of the tickets is accepted based on the permission of the fare rules. The same is informed prior the booking of the flight under FARE RULES column. Any penalty / charges governed by the rule of the fare purchased will be applicable and in addition service fee of PML Holidays will be imposed.

8. Can I make a seat request?
a. The cancellation charges are imposed as per the fare governed over that ticket. PML Holidays service fee of Rs. 500 is applied on all the transactions.

9. Is there any cancellation charged imposed upon cancellations?
a. You can request for the seat at the time of check in at the airport. Some airlines allow pre seat assignment. You can contact us at 1800 137 1444 and check for the available options on your ticket.

Hotel Reservations

1. How do I get my Hotel Voucher?
a. After payment confirmations, you will receive an email of the Hotel Voucher in your inbox which is required to be printed and produced at check in.

2. Do I need to reconfirm my Hotels?
a. It is not required to reconfirm your hotels; however the same can be done by contacting us at 1800 137 1444

3. Is there any cancellation charged imposed upon cancellations?
a. The cancellation charges are imposed as per the hotel cancellation policy. PML Holidays service fee of Rs. 500 is applied on all the transactions.

4. Can I make a change to my Hotel vouchers?
a. Amendments to Hotel vouchers can be done as per the Available room rate policy applicable. Any penalty / charges governed by the rule of the fare purchased will be applicable and in addition service fee of PML Holidays will be imposed.

5. How do I cancel my Hotel reservations?
a. You can contact our team at 1800 137 1444 for the same.

6. What if I forget or lost my ticket copy?

By intimating Paul Merchants Ltd., the USER can cancel the booking at least 48 hours prior to departure. However all cancellations shall be subject to refund policy of the company as applicable from time to time. In addition to it Paul Merchants Ltd. imposes a service fee which shall be deducted from the refundable amount.

It is the responsibility of the user is advised to enquire about the company’s refund policy at the time of booking.

For Affiliates & Agents

• The user shall not while working for Paul Merchants Ltd.(PML), act as an agent or sub agent or PSA of any other Company/Entity/Organization for offering travel related services.

• The user agrees on its own Partner, and on the behalf of its affiliates, subsidiaries, employees, officers and directors, that neither it nor they will during their relationship with PML, for one year after its expiration or termination as sub agent, act as an agent/sub agent/PSA for any other Company/Entity/Organization for offering travel related services.

• PML reserves the right to change the products/services and the terms governing sale, commission/revenue thereof at any time at its sole discretion and the user hereby conveys its acceptance for the same.

• That the user will bear all types of taxes and statutory levies as are applicable or which may become applicable at a later stage, to the service offered by the user under this agreement and to the revenue earned by the user.

• PML will be entitled to set off any outstanding amount due from the user at any point of time and the user shall have no objection for the same.

• That in offering the Services to the general public, the user shall ensure that it complies with all applicable laws and regulations and shall be solely and exclusively responsible for any liability whatsoever, arising out of any violation done by it directly or indirectly of any Rule, Regulation, Provision or Guideline prescribed under any applicable Statute and out of any misrepresentation made by the user and PML shall not be responsible in any manner whatsoever.

• The user shall hold all monies related to the services offered by it on behalf of PML and in trust for PML. The user shall make sure that any amount received by it from the customers shall be remitted to PML without any delay. In respect of transactions entered into by the user with the customers, the user shall be solely responsible for the financial aspects of the transaction/deals and PML shall recover all considerations only from the user without having any need to deal with the customer directly for this purpose.

• The user shall use its best efforts to advertise and promote the Services so as to evoke maximum public interest and shall use the Promotional Materials in relation to the services under this agreement in consultation with PML. Upon the request of PML, the user shall cease advertising or engaging in any other form of promotion which, in the opinion of PML in its absolute discretion, is considered to be harmful or adverse to the business or business interest of PML.

• PML shall provide all necessary guidance to the user for the purpose of offering the services under the agreement and the user will make sure while offering these services to the public, all guidelines, instructions and rules as prescribed by PML are strictly followed by the user.

• That while making payment of overseas vendors, the user shall make sure to verify the original passport and Visa of the traveller and shall provide the documents to PML as prescribed from time to time. The responsibility of getting this needful done will be solely on the user and PML shall always rely upon the documents provided by the user as to its authenticity and correctness. In case of any irregularity in KYC and other documents of the traveller, supplied by the user, the whole responsibility and answerability for the same will be on the user without any involvement of PML.

• The user shall maintain full records of business done by it on behalf of PML and PML shall always have right to inspect and take copies of such records maintained by the user.

• The user shall not at any time during the term of this agreement, or at any time thereafter, use for its own or another party’s advantage, or disclose to any other party, the terms of this agreement, information relating to the products/services of the Company or any trade secrets of Company in any manner whatsoever.

• The user assumes all risks and losses arising from or in connection with offering the Service under this agreement. The user shall indemnify and keep indemnified PML and its directors and officers against any liability, cost, judgment, penalty, fine or the like, including, but not limited to, reasonable legal fees sustained or paid by PML by way of suit, claim, damages, settlement or otherwise as a result of any act or omission by the user, its employees or agents in connection with offering the services under this agreement.

• The user acknowledges and agrees that all trade names, trademarks, service marks, copyright and other property rights of PML will remain the exclusive property of PML. The user shall not assert any claim in respect of any such property rights during the Term of this agreement or thereafter.

• That the user acknowledges and agrees that PML is not obliged to continue the user as its sub agent and may terminate/suspend the user as its sub agent at any time without assigning any reason or liability to the user. In case the user fails to observe or perform any of its obligations under the terms of this agreement or is found to be involved in any activity which is against the law of land, PML will have the right to terminate or suspend this agreement immediately and in that event the security deposit kept by the user with PML shall stand forfeited in favour of PML.

• That notwithstanding anything contained elsewhere in this agreement, PML may also suspend/ terminate this agreement by giving 30 days written notice to the user if PML is not satisfied with the performance of the user or it is deemed undesirable to continue this agreement for any reason whatsoever.

• That all notices in connection with this agreement shall be in writing and shall be delivered to the receiving party at the address of the party as stated above.

• That after termination of the agreement for any reason, the user shall immediately remove or permit PML to remove, all signs, displays or other materials containing PML name or logo and shall immediately cease to hold itself out as providing the Services on behalf of PML.

• That this agreement, including its schedule any documents it refers to, constitute the whole agreement between the user and PML with respect to the offering of the Services and supersedes any previous agreements or understandings between the parties.

• That any dispute arising between the parties to this agreement will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of Union Territory of Chandigarh.

Limitation of Liability

• PML is a travel arrangement company and don’t own or operate any airlines/ hotels/ transport or any other service of its own. PML is a source for providing the relevant travel options as per requirement of the traveller and in no case does it hold the liability/ responsibility of authenticity/ quality and the credibility of services provided by respective service providers. The traveller will be governed by the applicable laws of the land in respect of immigration, visa and customs while travelling. PML is not responsible on these accounts in any manner whatsoever.

• In case of force majeure, natural calamities, climatic conditions, labour unrest, insolvency, business exigencies, government decisions, operational and technical issues, unscheduled and sudden route changes & flight cancellations, PML will hold no responsibility /liability. However PML will put all possible efforts to make suitable alternate arrangements fully at the cost of traveller. In situations beyond the control of PML, it is likely that services committed earlier may be altered. In all such cases, travellers hereby give his absolute unconditional consent to abide by the cancellation / refund policy of the concerned service provider.

Proprietary Rights

• All the material / information available on PML are the sole property of Paul Merchants Limited. Customer will not misuse or copy the data furnished on this site at any time. Any such notification brought to the notice of PML attracts the legal consequences. PML reserves the right to edit / change and remove any content from the website at any time without any prior notice. Any kind of transmission performed on website is never completely secured. The data transmitted to PML may also be accessible by its agent partners and affiliates.

Any kind of unauthorized copying or misuse of data/information supplied on portal is illegal and is subject to law of land.

Right of refusal

• PML reserves the right to refuse any booking made by the user for any reasons fully as per its own discretion and PML holds no responsibility to disclose the reasons.
