Day Wise Itinerary

 

Day 1: Hanoi Arrival

Upon arrival, transfer to hotel for check in. Check in time is 2PM.Early check in is based on hotel availability. Free time at your own leisure. Overnight in Hanoi.

 

Day 2: Hoa Lu – Tam Coc Day Tour (B/L) Group Tour

AM : 8:00 - 8:30. Our guide & driver will pick you up at your hotel in Hanoi Old Quarter, then leave by coach to Hoa Lu (2.5 hrs). Visit the historic capital of Vietnam and the famous ancient temples of Le and the Dinh Dynasties. Then our bus will transfer you from Hoa Lu to Tam Coc for lunch around at 12:30PM. PM : After lunch, boat trip to visit Tam Coc to see the beauty of the karst formations as you pass along their base and row into one of the many caves carved through the limestone. Then, cycle for an hour on quiet roads through villages, rice fields, rivers and rocky outcrops in Tam Coc - Bich Dong (around 5 km). Dive back to Hanoi and drop off at your hotel around at 18:30PM.

 

Day 3: Hanoi - Halong (B/L/D) Shuttle bus

Program customize up to cruise 
7:30 - 8:00: Take a 3-hour scenic drive from Hanoi to Halong Bay. 
12:00-12:30 : Arrive in Tuan Chau Tourist Wharf. Transfer to Halong Cruise by tender. 
12:30 : Welcome drink on the boat and check in to your private cabin. 
13:15-14:15: Serve have lunch on board while cruising to some magnificent Halong bay scenes. 
14:45 -15:00: Visit Titop island where you take your time on swim,sunbath,trekking. 
16:30: Arrive in Pearl Farm Village. Visit around and swim, kayaking in the bay. 
17:30: Back to the cruise and join cooking class to have experience in some traditional dishes. Tea time on sundeck.

 

Day 4: Halong - Hanoi - Flight to Ho Chi Minh (B/L) Flight included

Program customize up to cruise 
6:00 : Practice Tai Chi on the Sundeck. 
7:00-7h30: Start your day with a light breakfast. During breakfast, cruising to explore other part of Halong Bay, admire the beauty of one in seven new wonder in the world.

8:30 - 9:30: Arrive in Surprise cave, explore the Cave, one of the most beautiful caves in Ha Long bay. 
9:45: Check out and take all luggage outside of your cabin, cruise back to the Tourist Wharf through Ha Long bay. 
10:00: Have brunch and clear bills. 
11:30: Back to the Tourist Wharf. 
12:00: Departure to Ha Noi 
16.00: arrive in Hanoi.Then you will take flight to Ho Chi Minh. Transfer to hotel for check in. Overnight at hotel.

 

Day 5: Mekong Delta Tour (B/L) Group Tour

Enjoy the scenic journey along the way bordered by green rice fields.
On arrived at My Tho, visit Vinh Trang pagoda, take a leisurely boat ride along the river, view the stilt houses,fruit plantations and fishing villages along the river bank.Proceed to Tortoise islet, have lunch in the orchard garden. Then a boat ride to An Khanh – a less touristy attraction in Ben Tre, enjoy cruising on a hand-rowed sampan under the shadow of the water coconut trees along natural canals, then enjoy seasonal fruit & honey tea to the sound of "Southern Vietnamese folk music", performed by locals.Visit a family business which epitomizes the idyllic rural lifestyle, taste the delicious coconut candy & observe the pastoral life as you roam through the fruit plantation and village. Meet the bus and return to HCMC. This trip provides a fascinating insight into daily life in the Mekong Delta and you are guaranteed to take home your own private collection of beautiful memories.

 

Day 6: Cu Chi Tunnels Half Day Tour (B) Group Tour

Depart for Cu Chi tunnels. Our tour guide will give you an overview introduction of Cu Chi Tunnels and its legendary history. Enjoy the scenic drive northwest towards the Cambodian border. Today you will get to explore a section of the network of some 125 miles (200 kilometers) of subterranean passages and rooms.
Upon on arrival, we will watch a short documentary film about this tunnels tell you how about the histories and how fierce the war happened. Then the tour will help you to learn the pivotal part they played in the war such as trap doors, and climb inside to see where the Viet Cong built storage facilities, weapons factories, kitchens…
Afterward travelers can try local special food are rice tapioca & hot tea which was main food during the war. Visitors can try to fire off an AK47 or M16 or machine guns at the nearby shooting range (Payment by yourself).Get back your hotel in Ho Chi Minh City around 14:00 or 19:00.

 

Day 7: Departure (B) No guide

Morning, breakfast at hotel in Ho Chi Minh. Your leisure until we transfer you to airport for 
your departure flight.

  • Date of Booking to 30 days prior to travel 30 % and bookings done which are non-refundable.
  • 30 to 15 days prior to travel 50% cancellation
  • 15 to 7 days prior to travel 75% cancellation
  • 0 to 7 days prior to travel or No show 100% cancellation

Cancellation Policy

 

Cancellation Policy is subject to change. It purely depends upon the cancellation terms of the respective Hotel and the peak/off season rates. Refunds will take 15 – 30 working days to be credited back to the bank account. Airline Refund will be credited back once PML receives the same from the Airline.

 

Please Note:

 

  • In case of any unprecedented hike in airfare, hotel charges or other service charges, the same will be levied extra.
  • Tour can be canceled or postponed due to natural calamities or any political issues.
  • No Show Guest would not be given any refund nor would their tours rescheduled.
  • SIC means Seat In Coach Basis. The driver would communicate with the Guests if there is a change in the assigned pick up
  • If the Guest fails to reach the designated place within the time arranged, there will be no replacement given and the arrangement needs to be made on your own.
  • The Guide will be available only for some specific tours/excursions.
  • If there is any change in flights by airline then tours and Transfers rescheduling will not be done.
  • Above Mentioned Itinerary, Flight, Timing & rates are subject to change. Hotels, services, and Air Ticket quoted are subject to the final Confirmation from Hotels, Suppliers and Airlines, Else similar property/ Airlines (Hotels) will be used.
  • After booking Confirmation Rs. 1000/- per person per Amendment Charges. Only if booking allows amendments.

  • It is entirely your responsibility to arrange, provide and carry on tour valid travel documents including Passport, which is valid for a period of at least six months from the date of travel on the tour with necessary Visa/s and immigration clearance (if applicable), confirmed air tickets, documents confirming insurance to cover risk to life, limb and property for the duration of the tour, medical clearances, inoculation/vaccination certificates as the case may be to be able to travel as per the tour itinerary.
  • Any increase in the rate of exchange leading to an increase in surface transportation and land arrangements which may come into effect prior to departure. The tour price is subject to increase without notice if this rate changes substantially prior to departure.
  • It is entirely your responsibility to check the Service Voucher(s) / Tickets / Visas / Insurance Policies carefully and to let the Company know immediately in the event of any error.
  • Itinerary may be changed by tour manager while execution of the tour hence do not fix your own program at all as the itinerary is subject to change.
  • As granting or rejecting visas and immigration clearance is the sole prerogative of the concerned sovereign Government, the Company shall neither be responsible in case of no granting of such documents nor liable for any delay, denial or other related act or for any loss, expense, damage or cost resulting there from.
  • In case, your visa is applied through us and is rejected : Visa Fee is non Refundable.
