  • Please advise your client that there may be waiting up to 02 Hours (Post reaching in arrival hall) for arrival transfers.
  • If flight timings are before / after the suggested timing, client has to arrange his private transfers on direct Payment basis. We will not reimburse any cost for private transfers.

Day Wise Itinerary

 

Day 1 Arrival in Osaka

Welcome to Japan! Upon your arrival in Osaka, you will be greeted by our representative who will assist with your transfer to the hotel. After check-in and some time to relax, enjoy dinner at a local Indian restaurant. Post dinner, you will be dropped back at your hotel for an overnight stay.Overnight stay at Osaka.

 

Day 2 Osaka – Kyoto – Osaka

Start your day with a hearty breakfast at the hotel and proceed for a full-day sightseeing tour.Begin with Kyoto, where you will visit the iconic Kinkakuji Temple, also known as the Golden Pavilion, and stroll through the serene Arashiyama Bamboo Grove. Experience Japanese culture firsthand with a traditional tea ceremony. Enjoy lunch at a local Indian restaurant before heading back to Osaka. Explore the fascinating Osaka Aquarium and admire panoramic city views from the Umeda Sky Building. Conclude the day with dinner at an Indian restaurant and return to the hotel.Overnight stay at Osaka.

 

Day 3 Osaka – Nara – Osaka

After breakfast, travel to Nara for a half-day excursion. Visit the historic Todaiji Temple, home to one of Japan's largest bronze Buddha statues, and enjoy the peaceful surroundings of Nara Deer Park, where friendly deer roam freely. Return to Osaka for lunch at an Indian restaurant. Later, visit the famous Osaka Castle and enjoy some leisure time exploring the bustling districts of Dotonbori and Shinsaibashi. End the day with dinner at an Indian restaurant before heading back to your hotel. Overnight stay at Osaka.

 

Day 4 Osaka – Hiroshima

After breakfast, check out of your hotel and transfer to Osaka Station to board a bullet train to Hiroshima. (Note: Your main luggage will be transferred directly to your Tokyo hotel.)Upon arrival, enjoy lunch at a local Indian restaurant. In the afternoon, take a ferry to Miyajima Island and visit the UNESCO. World Heritage Site, Itsukushima Shrine, known for its iconic floating torii gate. After a fulfilling day, enjoy dinner at an Indian restaurant and check in at your Hiroshima hotel.Overnight stay at Hiroshima.

 

Day 5 Hiroshima – Tokyo

Begin your day with breakfast and check out from the hotel. Visit the poignant Atomic Bomb Dome and the Peace Memorial Museum, which offer deep insights into the city’s history.Enjoy lunch at an Indian restaurant before boarding the bullet train to Tokyo. On arrival, visit the iconic Shibuya Crossing—one of the busiest pedestrian intersections in the world. Later, enjoy dinner at an Indian restaurant and check in to your Tokyo hotel for overnight stay.Overnight stay at Tokyo.

 

DAY 6 Tokyo – Mt. Fuji – Tokyo

Today, after breakfast, set out for an unforgettable excursion to Mt. Fuji. If weather permits, ascend to the 5th Station for breathtaking views of Japan's most famous mountain. After lunch at an Indian restaurant, visit Owakudani Valley, a volcanic valley known for its scenic views and hot springs. Ride the Hakone Ropeway and take a relaxing cruise on Lake Ashi. Return to Tokyo in the evening for dinner and overnight stay. Overnight stay at Tokyo.

 

DAY 7 Tokyo

Enjoy a full day of sightseeing in Tokyo after breakfast. Visit the Imperial Palace and then explore the historic Asakusa district, including the Senso-ji Temple and Nakamise shopping street. Admire panoramic views from the Tokyo Skytree’s 450-meter observatory. In the afternoon, visit the immersive digital art museum TeamLab Planets followed by leisure time in the vibrant waterfront district of Odaiba. Enjoy lunch and dinner at Indian restaurants and return to your hotel at night.Overnight stay at Tokyo.

 

Day 8 Departure from Tokyo

Cancellation Policy

 

  • Booking Amount Rs 50,000/- is non-refundable after the visa.
  • 60 Days Before Departure: Rs 25,000/- Per Person
  • 30 Days Before Departure: Rs 50,000/- Per Person
  • 20 Days Before Departure: Rs 75,000/- Per Person
  • Less Than 20 Days Of Deparute: 100% Of The Tour Cost

  • In case of any unprecedented hike in airfare, hotel charges or other service charges, the same will be levied extra.
  • Tour can be canceled or postponed due to natural calamities or any political issues.
  • No Show Guest would not be given any refund nor would their tours rescheduled.
  • SIC means Seat In Coach Basis. The driver would communicate with the Guests if there is a change in the assigned pick up.
  • If the Guest fails to reach the designated place within the time arranged, there will be no replacement given and the arrangement needs to be made on your own.
  • The Guide will be available only for some specific tours/excursions.
  • If there is any change in flights by airline then tours and Transfers rescheduling will not be done.
  • Above Mentioned Itinerary, Flight, Timing & rates are subject to change. Hotels, services, and Air- Tickets quoted are subject to the final Confirmation from Hotels, Suppliers and Airlines, Else similar property/ Airlines (Hotels) will be used.
  • After booking Confirmation Rs. 1000/- per person per Amendment Service Charges after confirmation.
  • Room type Twin or Double is at the sole discretion of Hotels. Hotels allocate the rooms on Run of The House basis.
  • It is entirely your responsibility to arrange, provide and carry on tour valid travel documents including Passport, which is valid for a period of at least six months from the date of travel on the tour with necessary Visa/s and immigration clearance (if applicable), confirmed air-tickets, documents confirming insurance to cover risk to life, limb and property for the duration of the tour, medical clearances, inoculation/vaccination certificates as the case may be to be able to travel as per the tour itinerary.
  • Any increase in the rate of exchange leading to an increase in surface transportation and land arrangements which may come into effect prior to departure. The tour price is subject to increase without notice if this rate changes substantially prior to departure.
  • It is entirely your responsibility to check the Service Voucher(s) / Tickets / Visas / Insurance Policies carefully and to let the Company know immediately in the event of any error.

Ensure your passport is valid for at least six months beyond your intended stay, and check visa requirements based on your nationality.

Have evidence of your return or onward flight/travel.

Clothing  
Pack light, comfortable clothing suitable for the season, including layers for fluctuating temperatures. Don't forget comfortable walking shoes.

A universal adapter and portable charger are essential for charging devices.

Keep copies of your passport, visa, and other important documents in a separate location.
