Day Wise Schedule

Day 1

Drive from Haridwar - Barsu (220 km/day-lengthy drive)

Set out on your excursion at daybreak with a supper and a day-lengthy drive from Haridwar to Barsu covering 220 km. The course trails through the beautiful towns of Rishikesh, Chamba, and Uttarkashi alongside the Bhagirathi Stream. On showing up Barsu that stands tall at 7,545 ft, settle down for the night in a guesthouse.

Day 2

Trek from Barsu - Barnala (4 hours)

This 4 km in length trek is a continuous rise arranged delightfully with Rhododendrons, Silver Oak and Deodar woodlands. Arrive at the goal for the day which is Barnala at a rise of 8,530 ft. It is this spot that denotes the start of the acclaimed undulating stretches of green prairies or 'Bugyals'. Set up your campground at this perfect area and resign here for the evening.

Day 3

Trek from Barnala - Dayara Bugyal (5 km)

This day involves a rising trek of around 5 km to the high snow-capped knoll of Dayara Bugyal, Uttarakhand that is raised at 9,980 ft through the Barnal meadows. On showing up this tremendous glade that takes after a tabletop, you can notice some grand pinnacles, to be specific Srikanth, Rudregaira, Gangotri I, II and III, Jaonli, Draupadi ka Danda I and II, Dark pinnacle, Bandarpunch and such. Go through the night in the camp set up here.

Day 4

Trek from Dayara Bugyal - Bakaria Top - Dayara Bugyal (3 kms)

This day denotes the move up from Dayara Bugyal to Bakaria top, the most noteworthy purpose of the immense glade remaining at 12,000 ft. Get charmed by the all-encompassing perspectives on blanketed pinnacles, lavish valleys, and such from the top. Withdraw from Bakaria back to the campground at Dayara Bugyal.

Day 5

Trek from Dayara Bugyal - Pichkiya (8 km)

Start the day with a generous supper after which begins your drop to Pichkiya which is at a rise of 7,873 ft. In the wake of trekking 6 to 7 hours through a blend of rises and dives over snow-capped knolls, thick woods, and little rivulets, arrive at the campground of Pichkiya.

Day 6

Trek from Pichkiya to Barsu (4.5 km)

This last day of Dayara Bugyal trekking, it includes plummeting down to Barsu along an all-around checked path through the encompassing bushes. See the beguiling town of Barsu and its connecting settlements can mostly down the path. Show up at Barsu by evening and camp here for the evening.

Day 7

Drive from Barsu to Haridwar

Ascend toward the beginning of the day and set off for a drive back to Haridwar; the Dayara Bugyal Trek finishes here."

Tips & Portal Charges or any extra excursions undertaken.
Early Check-in, Late Check out as per the Hotel Policy and availability.
Items of personal nature such as phone calls, room services, minibars, pay movies, laundry, etc. or until and unless mentioned in the Hotel Voucher.
Country’s Tourist Fee wherever applicable.
National Park Fees.
Rates may change in the case of hotel rates, transport rates, government taxes or entrance fees.
Transfer Surcharges in case of Public Holidays.

Notes:

In case of any unprecedented hike in airfare, hotel charges or other service charges, the same will be levied extra.
Tour can be canceled or postponed due to natural calamities or any political issues.
No Show Guest would not be given any refund nor would their tours rescheduled.
SIC means Seat In Coach Basis. The driver would communicate with the Guests if there is a change in the assigned pick up
If the Guest fails to reach the designated place within the time arranged, there will be no replacement given and the arrangement needs to be made on your own.
The Guide will be available only for some specific tours/excursions.
If there is any change in flights by airline then tours and Transfers rescheduling will not be done.
Above Mentioned Itinerary, Flight, Timing & rates are subject to change. Hotels, services, and Air Ticket quoted are subject to the final Confirmation from Hotels, Suppliers and Airlines, Else similar property/ Airlines (Hotels) will be used.
After booking Confirmation Rs. 1000/- per person per Amendment Charges.
Room type Twin or Double is at the sole discretion of Hotels. Hotels allocate the rooms on Run of The House basis.
It is entirely your responsibility to arrange, provide and carry on tour valid travel documents including Passport, which is valid for a period of at least six months from the date of travel on the tour with necessary Visa/s and immigration clearance (if applicable), confirmed air tickets, documents confirming insurance to cover risk to life, limb and property for the duration of the tour, medical clearances, inoculation/vaccination certificates as the case may be to be able to travel as per the tour itinerary.
Any increase in the rate of exchange leading to an increase in surface transportation and land arrangements which may come into effect prior to departure. The tour price is subject to increase without notice if this rate changes substantially prior to departure.
It is entirely your responsibility to check the Service Voucher(s) / Tickets / Visas / Insurance Policies carefully and to let the Company know immediately in the event of any error.
Itinerary may be changed by tour manager while execution of the tour hence do not fix your own program at all as the itinerary is subject to change.
As granting or rejecting visas and immigration clearance is the sole prerogative of the concerned sovereign Government, the Company shall neither be responsible in case of nongranting of such documents nor liable for any delay, denial or other related act or for any loss, expense, damage or cost resulting therefrom.
In case, your visa is applied through us and is rejected before 30 days of travel: Visa Fee is non Refundable, the booking amount of 25% will be refunded back. Less than 30 Days travel: 25% of the booking amount will be charged.
