Day Wise Itinerary

 

 

DAY 01 ARRIVAL

Arrival at Tbilisi international airport. Driver will meet you and transfer from the airport to the hotel in Tbilisi (30-minute drive). Check in to the hotel (before 15:00 upon availability). Free time. Overnight in Tbilisi

 

DAY 02 TBILISI CITY TOUR

Breakfast at the hotel, 10:00 am. Proceed for Tbilisi City Tour (duration 4-5 hours). Old Tbilisi tour is mostly walking Tour. During the tour you will visit:

  • Holy Trinity Cathedral of Tbilisi
  • Old Metekhi church
  • Sulphur bath
  • Love lock bridge
  • Rike Park & Peace bridge
  • Cable car - Narikala fortress & Mother of Georgia
  • Peace Bridge
  • Shardeni street
  • Clock tower

Visiting Chronicles of Georgia. It chronicles Georgia’s history. The top part of the statue features the kings and queens of Georgia. The lower part portrays the life of Christ. The dark sculpture can be seen all the way from the highway Guests will enjoy panoramic views over Tbilisi Transfer back to the hotel. Overnight in Tbilisi.

 

DAY 03 GUDAURI AND KAZBEGI TOUR

Breakfast at the hotel, 10:00 am. Proceed for Gudauri Tour (duration 8-10 hours)On the way Visiting Ananuri Fortress built in medieval centuries overlooking the Zhinvali water reservoir. Gudauri Ski Resort is located in Caucasus mountains along the Georgian military road at an elevation 2196 m. above sea level. Gudauri offers its guests ski slopes with maximum exposure of the sun, which is the key to the amazing ski experience for novice or professional skiers. Spend time for snow activities (payable on spot per wish).Transfer back to the hotel in Tbilisi. Overnight in Tbilisi

 

DAY 04 KAKHETI TOUR WITH WINE TASTING

Breakfast at the hotel, 10:00 am. Guide and Driver will meet you at the hotel and transfer to Kakheti-Wine Tour (2-hour drive) , 12:00 pm. Visiting Sighnaghi . Sighnaghi - City of Love (duration 1 hour) . Sighnaghi is a center of Georgian wine making technology. It is one of the most visited destinations in Georgia. Sighnaghi is famous for handmade carpets, traditional food and Georgian famous hospitality.

14:30 pm. Visiting Bodbe – the burial place of St. Nino the enlightener of Georgians, having enormous meaning for the country. Visit Local wine cellar for introducing wine making technology and a glass of wine tasting & culinary activities. Transfer back to the hotel. Overnight

 

DAY 05 MTSKHETA AND UPLISTSIKHE TOUR

Breakfast at the hotel. 10:00 excursion to Mtskheta - is one of oldest cities of Georgia near Tbilisi. Mtskheta was capital of the early Georgian Kingdom of Iberia from the 3rd century BC to the 5th century. Jvari Monastery - is a Georgian Orthodox monastery of the 6th century near Mtskheta (World Heritage site). The name is translated as the Monastery of Cross. The great church represents the peak of the architectural typology. It is a true architectural masterpiece of the early medieval period overlooking the confluence of Aragvi and Mt.kvari rivers from the top of the hill. Svetitskhoveli Cathedral - was built in the 11th century, although the site itself is even older, dating back to the early 4th century. The cathedral is the second largest church building in Georgia and is listed as a UNSECO World Heritage Site along with other historical monuments of Mtskheta. excursion in Up hlistsikhe

Continue to Uplistsikhe Fortress. Built on a high rocky left bank of the Mtkvari River, it contains various structures dating from the Early Iron Age to the Late Middle Ages, and is notable for the unique combination of various styles of rock-cut cultures from Anatolia and Iran, as well as the co-existence of pagan and Christian architecture. Continue way to Bakuriani. Mountain sightseeing. Transfer back to Tbilisi. Overnight

 

DAY 06 TRANSFER TO AIRPORT

Breakfast at the hotel (depends departure time).Check out from the hotel and Transfer to airport (30-minute drive). Departure

  • On the date of booking the tour and More than 60 Days Rs. 15,000 (Without Visa and Airfare)
  • If Booking done 60 to 45 Days prior to the departure of tour Rs. 25,000 (Without Visa and Airfare)
  • If Booking done 45 to 30 Days prior to the departure of tour full amount
  • If Booking is done Less than 30 Days prior to the departure of tour full tour cost

 

HOTEL RULES AND REGULATIONS:
The official check-in time at all hotels will be 1500hrs.
The official check-out time at all hotels will be 1000hrs.

Cancellation Policy

  • 35 days or more prior to departure: Rs. 20,000/- per person.
  • 34 Days to 15 Days prior to Departure 25% of the tour cost.
  • 14 Days to 3 Days prior to Departure: 50% of the Tour Cost.
  • 8 Days to 3 Days prior to Departure 100% of the tour cost.

  •     Hotels/airlines will be subject to availability till reconfirmation.
  •     Given cost is estimated based on the lowest airfare and hotel rates existing as of now. We don’t hold any confirmation for hotels/airlines. It’s subject to availability at the time of booking. Any difference in cost shall be borne by the passenger.
  •     Any further increase in airfare due to an increase in the fuel price, a change in government regulations, taxes, etc., charged by the airline will have to be borne by the passengers.will not be held responsible for them.
  •     Your tours and transfers are based on Seat in Coach Basis. Seat in Coach Transfers departs only at fixed time and stops at different hotels Enroute where other passengers may be picked /dropped off. It can be more time consuming.(Its more time consuming but economical)
  •     Mid night surcharge applicable for all transfer operated een 2300 hrs and 0600 hrs.
  •     Room allocation Twin rooms/double rooms will be as per the availability at the time of check in. 90% of rooms are Twin rooms & there is no guarantee for room with Double Bed.
  •     Room Rates based on Standard Rooms. Supplement cost will be applicable for Sea facing/Lake facing Rooms.
  •     Optional sightseeing has to be booked in advance on your own by paying an additional cost. You can contact hotel travel desk counter or our agent to book optional sightseeing.
  •     It is recommended to buy Local Sim Card, to make local calls for reconfirmation with coach drivers, operators, & airline office.
  •     Portages and Coach Captain Tips are extra.
  •  There is No Refund for unutilized Service.
  •  International Hotel Check in time 1400hrs, Check out Time 1200hrs.
  • If Dinners are booked you will be given Dinner Vouchers excluding transfers. You will need to make your own way to the restaurant for the booked time.
  •  Baggage allowance is 20 Kg for Check in Luggage. Hand Bag allowance is 7Kg.
  •   You are not allowed to eat/drink in coach
  •  The above program is only indicative, and the passenger has to verify each day’s program from the local guide.
  •  Photographs are compulsory for on arrival visas. Please keep one passport Copy Xerox and one Ticket copy Xerox ready to be submitted for on arrival visas.
  •  It is always advisable to keep 2 Photographs with you during the journey.  Please keep one Xerox copy of your passport with your relative, in India and one Xerox copy of passport with you during the travel.
  •  It is most important to have International Travel Insurance for the entire period of your stay in foreign country.
  • For NRI –Passengers staying in India for more than 180 days will have to take Police Clearance Certificate from Commissioner of Police for which Flamingo will not be responsible. Passengers are requested to submit Xerox copy of Passport along with page showing arrival stamp in India.
