Day Wise Itinerary

 

Day 1: Arrival in Dubai

Private transfer from Dubai International Airport to your hotel. Check-in and relax after your flight. Evening free at leisure — explore nearby malls or souks. Overnight in Dubai.

 

Day 2: Half-Day Dubai City Tour

Breakfast at the hotel. Morning: Half-day city tour (sharing basis) covering:
Jumeirah Mosque (photo stop).Jumeirah Beach & Burj Al Arab (photo stop).Palm Jumeirah & Atlantis (photo stop)Sheikh Zayed Road skyscrapers Dubai Frame (outside view).Afternoon & evening free for shopping or optional tours. Overnight in Dubai.

 

Day 3: Miracle Garden & Global Village
Breakfast at the hotel.Visit Dubai Miracle Garden (seasonal: Oct–Apr).Evening: Explore Global Village — cultural pavilions, shows, shopping & international dining. Return to hotel. Overnight in Dubai.

 

Day 4: Dhow Cruise Marina with Dinner

Breakfast at the hotel. Day free for shopping or optional attractions (Dubai Frame, Museum of the Future, Ski Dubai, etc.). Evening: Dhow Cruise at Dubai Marina (sharing basis). 2-hour cruise with buffet dinner & live entertainment. Transfer back to hotel. Overnight in Dubai.

 

Day 5: Burj Khalifa and Desert Safari with BBQ Dinner

Breakfast at the hotel. Proceed for Burj Khalifa – At The Top (124th floor, non-prime hours, sharing transfer).Enjoy breathtaking views of Dubai’s skyline.
Optional: Dubai Mall shopping & Fountain Show (if time permits).Morning at leisure.
Afternoon: Pickup for Desert Safari with BBQ dinner (sharing basis).Thrilling dune bashing.
Camel rides, henna painting, sandboarding (optional).Evening BBQ buffet with belly dance, Tanoura & fire show. Return to hotel. Overnight in Dubai.


Day 6: Free Day / Optional Excursions

Breakfast at the hotel.Entire day free for shopping or optional excursions such as:Abu Dhabi Sheikh Zayed Grand Mosque + Ferrari WorldAtlantis Aquaventure Waterpark & Lost Chambers IMG Worlds of Adventure or Motiongate DubaiEvening free. Overnight in Dubai.

 

Day 7: Departure

Breakfast at the hotel & check-out. Private transfer to Dubai International Airport for your onward flight.

Booking Procedure

 

  • Flight booking: Full payment is required to issue the ticket.
  • Land Part: 25% of the Total Land Package at the time of booking and the rest 75%, 45 Days prior to the departure
  • If Travel is With-in 45 days: Full payment required.

Cancellation Policy

 

Flight Cancellation: As per airlines rules and PML Company Policy for Offline Bookings.
Note: Cancellation Policy is subject to change. It purely depends upon the cancellation terms of the respective Hotel and the peak/off season rates. Refunds will take 15 – 30 working days to be credited back to the bank account. Airline Refund will be credited back once PML receives the same from the Airline.

Please Note:

 

  • In case of any unprecedented hike in airfare, hotel charges or other service charges, the same will be levied extra.
  • Tour can be canceled or postponed due to natural calamities or any political issues.
  • No Show Guest would not be given any refund nor would their tours rescheduled.
  • SIC means Seat In Coach Basis. The driver would communicate with the Guests if there is a change in the assigned pick up
  • If the Guest fails to reach the designated place within the time arranged, there will be no replacement given and the arrangement needs to be made on your own.
  • The Guide will be available only for some specific tours/excursions.
  • If there is any change in flights by airline then tours and Transfers rescheduling will not be done.
  • Above Mentioned Itinerary, Flight, Timing & rates are subject to change. Hotels, services, and Air Ticket quoted are subject to the final Confirmation from Hotels, Suppliers and Airlines, Else similar property/ Airlines (Hotels) will be used.
  • After booking Confirmation Rs. 1000/- per person per Amendment Charges.
  • Room type Twin or Double is at the sole discretion of Hotels. Hotels allocate the rooms on 
  • It is entirely your responsibility to arrange, provide and carry on tour valid travel documents including Passport, which is valid for a period of at least six months from the date of travel on the tour with necessary Visa/s and immigration clearance (if applicable), confirmed air tickets, documents confirming insurance to cover risk to life, limb and property for the duration of the tour, medical clearances, inoculation/vaccination certificates as the case may be to be able to travel as per the tour itinerary.
  • Any increase in the rate of exchange leading to an increase in surface transportation and land arrangements which may come into effect prior to departure. The tour price is subject to increase without notice if this rate changes substantially prior to departure.
  • It is entirely your responsibility to check the Service Voucher(s) / Tickets / Visas / Insurance Policies carefully and to let the Run of The House basis.Company know immediately in the event of any error.
  • Itinerary may be changed by tour manager while execution of the tour hence do not fix your own program at all as the itinerary is subject to change.
  • As granting or rejecting visas and immigration clearance is the sole prerogative of the concerned sovereign Government, the Company shall neither be responsible in case of no granting of such documents nor liable for any delay, denial or other related act or for any loss, expense, damage or cost resulting there from.
  • In case, your visa is applied through us and is rejected before 30 days of travel: Visa Fee is non Refundable; the booking amount of 25% will be refunded back. Less than 30 Days travel: 25% of the booking amount will be charged.
  • All tourists travelling to Dubai must carry a Negative PCR issued no more than 72 hours before departure.
  • Above prices is the promotional price and is subject to availability at the time of booking.
  • Above fare is not available on long weekends and blackout dates.
  • All passengers returning from Dubai has to carry a Negative PCR no more than 72 hours before departure.
  • Client has to pay Tourism Dhiram tax directly at the hotel at the time of check in/check out. (varies between AED 5 to 22 AED)
