Day Wise Schedule

Day 1

Arrival at Bangalore Airport PML representative receives you and transfer to Hampi hotel/resort. After a long journey through the scenic landscape of Karnataka, Hampi is situated on the border of Karanataka-Tamilnadu. Check-In hotel/resort. Evening free for leisure later lavish buffet dinner at a restaurant and overnight stay in Hampi.

Day 2

After early breakfast, today we proceed for full day sightseeing of Hampi. Today we start our tour of the village that was once the capital of the Vijayanagara Empire is an open museum. In this tour, we cover the group of monuments that are in ruins now is a UNESCO World Heritage Site. Later we see the ancient Virupaksha Temple which is situated on the banks of the Tungabhadra River. Everyone falls in love with the temple’s stunning architecture. Later evening we return back to our hotel. Overnight stay in Hampi followed by the lavish dinner.

Day 3

After early breakfast, today is the last day of our tour. Check out from hotel and proceed to Bangalore Airport, for your further journey towards your hometown with sweet memories of a tour organized by PML holidays

Items of personal nature such as phone calls, room services, minibars, pay movies, laundry, etc. or until and unless mentioned in the Hotel Voucher.
Country’s Tourist Fee wherever applicable.
National Park Fees.
Rates may change in the case of hotel rates, transport rates, government taxes or entrance fees.
Transfer Surcharges in case of Public Holidays.

Notes:

In case of any unprecedented hike in airfare, hotel charges or other service charges, the same will be levied extra.
Tour can be canceled or postponed due to natural calamities or any political issues.
No Show Guest would not be given any refund nor would their tours rescheduled.
SIC means Seat In Coach Basis. The driver would communicate with the Guests if there is a change in the assigned pick up
If the Guest fails to reach the designated place within the time arranged, there will be no replacement given and the arrangement needs to be made on your own.
The Guide will be available only for some specific tours/excursions.
If there is any change in flights by airline then tours and Transfers rescheduling will not be done.
Above Mentioned Itinerary, Flight, Timing & rates are subject to change. Hotels, services, and Air Ticket quoted are subject to the final Confirmation from Hotels, Suppliers and Airlines, Else similar property/ Airlines (Hotels) will be used.
After booking Confirmation Rs. 1000/- per person per Amendment Charges.
Room type Twin or Double is at the sole discretion of Hotels. Hotels allocate the rooms on Run of The House basis.
It is entirely your responsibility to arrange, provide and carry on tour valid travel documents including Passport, which is valid for a period of at least six months from the date of travel on the tour with necessary Visa/s and immigration clearance (if applicable), confirmed air tickets, documents confirming insurance to cover risk to life, limb and property for the duration of the tour, medical clearances, inoculation/vaccination certificates as the case may be to be able to travel as per the tour itinerary.
Any increase in the rate of exchange leading to an increase in surface transportation and land arrangements which may come into effect prior to departure. The tour price is subject to increase without notice if this rate changes substantially prior to departure.
It is entirely your responsibility to check the Service Voucher(s) / Tickets / Visas / Insurance Policies carefully and to let the Company know immediately in the event of any error.
Itinerary may be changed by tour manager while execution of the tour hence do not fix your own program at all as the itinerary is subject to change.
As granting or rejecting visas and immigration clearance is the sole prerogative of the concerned sovereign Government, the Company shall neither be responsible in case of nongranting of such documents nor liable for any delay, denial or other related act or for any loss, expense, damage or cost resulting therefrom.
In case, your visa is applied through us and is rejected before 30 days of travel: Visa Fee is non Refundable, the booking amount of 25% will be refunded back. Less than 30 Days travel: 25% of the booking amount will be charged.
