Day Wise Itinerary

 

Day 1 TOKYO
Welcome to Japan! After completing customs procedures, you’ll be transferred to your hotel by shared shuttle bus. The rest of the day is yours to enjoy at leisure. In the afternoon, you’ll receive details about the start of your tour. 

 

Day 2 TOKYO
In the morning, we’ll enjoy an extensive guided tour of this truly mesmerizing city, lasting approximately five hours. Tokyo’s vibrant energy and cutting-edge neighborhoods coexist beautifully with its tranquil, serene spaces.
We’ll begin with a brief stop at Zojoji Temple, where you’ll capture one of the most iconic views of the Tokyo Tower. The temple grounds are adorned with hundreds of Jizo statues, intricately carved stone figures believed to be protectors of children, dressed in colorful knit caps, bibs, and windmills.
Next, we’ll head to the famous Shibuya Crossing, often hailed as the busiest intersection in the world, followed by a visit to the Meiji Shrine, dedicated to the spirits of Emperor Meiji and his wife. Our journey will continue by bus along the elegant Omotesando Avenue. We’ll then see the most picturesque parts of the Imperial Palace and its gardens and stop to admire the iconic Nijubashi Bridge. As we proceed, we’ll pass through the vibrant Akihabara district, also known as the “Electric Town,” a hub for Japanese manga and anime culture. We’ll also drive past the Kokugikan, Japan’s renowned sumo wrestling arena.
We’ll conclude our tour in Asakusa, visiting the historic Sensoji Temple and the famous Nakamise Street. Lunch will be included at a local restaurant. Afterward, we’ll return to the hotel. At 6:30 p.m., we’ll meet our guide in the hotel lobby and take the metro (tickets included) to the lively Shinjuku district. Here, we’ll enjoy a stroll through its bustling streets, renowned for their vibrant nightlife, as we head to a local restaurant for dinner (included). Afterward, we’ll return to the hotel by metro, accompanied by our guide.

 

Day 3 TOKYO - KYOTO
We’ll travel by bullet train to Kyoto, departing early in the morning. In just over two hours, we’ll cover nearly 500 km separating Tokyo and Kyoto. 
We’ll have the entire day to explore Kyoto, the former capital of Japan from 794 to 1868 and home to the Imperial Court. Remarkably, Kyoto was the only major Japanese city spared from bombing during World War II, allowing it to preserve its rich artistic heritage. Kyoto is also renowned as the site where the Kyoto Protocol, aimed at reducing greenhouse gas emissions, was signed in 1997.Our visit will include the city’s most iconic landmarks. We’ll admire the stunning Fushimi Inari Shrine, the Imperial Palace; and the Kinkakuji Temple, known as the “Golden Pavilion,” surrounded by magnificent gardens. Afterward, enjoy some time to stroll through Gion, Kyoto’s vibrant traditional district, celebrated for its geishas and lively atmosphere. Free time will follow. 

 

Day 4 KYOTO - NARA - OSAKA
We’ll depart for Nara to visit Todaiji, a magnificent Buddhist temple built in 752, home to a giant Buddha statue. Here, you’ll also have the chance to take photos and interact with the friendly deer that roam freely in the surrounding park. Lunch will be included. Afterward, we’ll visit the Horyu-ji Buddhist Temple, a UNESCO World Heritage Site that encompasses a seminary, monasteries, and temples. Its central pagoda is one of the oldest wooden structures in the world and holds the distinction of being Japan’s oldest Buddhist temple, serving as an important place of worship. Our journey will then take us to Osaka, where we’ll arrive in the evening. Accommodation will be in this vibrant and modern city, known as Japan’s second-largest urban area. Later, we’ll visit Dotonbori, a lively and colorful district renowned for its bustling nightlife.

 

Day 5 OSAKA
After breakfast, the entire is free at your leisure to explore the city on your own.

 

Day 6 OSAKA
After breakfast, our journey will come to an end, leaving you with wonderful lasting memories.

  • If Booking is done Less than 30 Days prior to the departure of tour full tour cost

 

HOTEL RULES AND REGULATIONS:
The official check-in time at all hotels will be 1500hrs.
The official check-out time at all hotels will be 1000hrs.

Cancellation Policy

 

  • Booking Amount Rs 50,000/- is non-refundable after the visa.
  • 60 Days Before Departure: Rs 25,000/- Per Person
  • 30 Days Before Departure: Rs 50,000/- Per Person
  • 20 Days Before Departure: Rs 75,000/- Per Person
  • Less Than 20 Days Of Deparute: 100% Of The Tour Cost

  • We only process visa—we can't guarantee visa
  • In case of any unprecedented hike in airfare, hotel charges or other service charges, the same will be levied extra.
  • Tour can be canceled or postponed due to natural calamities or any political issues.
  • No Show Guest would not be given any refund nor would their tours rescheduled.
  • SIC means Seat In Coach Basis. The driver would communicate with the Guests if there is a change in the assigned pick up
  • If the Guest fails to reach the designated place within the time arranged, there will be no replacement given and the arrangement needs to be made on your own.
  • The Guide will be available only for some specific tours/excursions.
  • If there is any change in flights by airline then tours and Transfers rescheduling will not be done.
  • Above Mentioned Itinerary, Flight, Timing & rates are subject to change. Hotels, services, and Air- Tickets quoted are subject to the final Confirmation from Hotels, Suppliers and Airlines, Else similar property/ Airlines (Hotels) will be used.
  • After booking Confirmation Rs. 1000/- per person per Amendment Charges.
  • Room type Twin or Double is at the sole discretion of Hotels. Hotels allocate the rooms on Run of The House basis.
  • It is entirely your responsibility to arrange, provide and carry on tour valid travel documents including Passport, which is valid for a period of at least six months from the date of travel on the tour with necessary Visa/s and immigration clearance (if applicable), confirmed air-tickets, documents confirming insurance to cover risk to life, limb and property for the duration of the tour, medical clearances, inoculation/vaccination certificates as the case may be to be able to travel as per the tour itinerary.
  • Any increase in the rate of exchange leading to an increase in surface transportation and land arrangements which may come into effect prior to departure. The tour price is subject to increase without notice if this rate changes substantially prior to departure.
  • It is entirely your responsibility to check the Service Voucher(s) / Tickets / Visas / Insurance Policies carefully and to let the Company know immediately in the event of any error.

Must Carry

 

Passport & Visa:
Ensure your passport is valid for at least six months beyond your intended stay, and check visa requirements based on your nationality. 

 

Proof of Onward Travel:
Have evidence of your return or onward flight/travel. 

 

Currency:
Carry some Japanese Yen (JPY) for smaller purchases and initial expenses, and have credit/debit cards for larger transactions. 

 

Clothing:
Pack light, comfortable clothing suitable for the season, including layers for fluctuating temperatures. Don't forget comfortable walking shoes. 

 

Electronics:
A universal adapter and portable charger are essential for charging devices. 


Travel Documents:
Keep copies of your passport, visa, and other important documents in a separate location. 


Medications:
Pack any necessary prescription medications, and consider bringing basic first-aid items. 


Other Essentials:
Consider a small backpack for day trips, a reusable water bottle, and translation apps for your phone.
