Day Wise Itinerary

 

DAY 1: Arrival Kuala Lumpur & Half Day City Tour - Private

Welcome to Kuala Lumpur. Pick up from airport, and proceed to hotel for check in. Enroute to Putrajaya, Malaysia’s administrative center for photo stop. Photo stop at Putra Jaya Government Centre, where numerous new government complexes are in this new township.

Standing beside Dataran Putra and facing the Putrajaya Lake, is the Putra Mosque. Undoubtedly the most imposing structure, this pinkish mosque incorporates architectural elements from Turkestan, Kazakhstan, and Morocco. The Prime Minister’s office, Putra Perdana is the eye–catching building on the main hill with mixed architectural influences of Islamic and European cultures.

This interesting city tour will unveil the beauty and charm of the old and new Kuala Lumpur known as the “Garden City of Lights”. See the contrast of the magnificent skyscrapers against buildings of the colonial days. The KL city tour will take you to many of the highlights that this beautiful city has to offer. By the end of the tour, you will probably feel as if you have “seen” the soul of Kuala Lumpur. Highlights of Kuala Lumpur city tour include:

DAY 2: Full Day Genting Highlands Experience - Private

Breakfast at hotel. Pick up for full day Genting Highlands tour. Enroute Batu Caves for a photo stop. Later proceed directly to Genting Highlands. Located approximately 6,000 feet above sea level and fringed by one of the oldest tropical jungles in the world amidst the freshness of cool crisp mountain air lies Malaysia's biggest casino resort of Genting Highlands.

Enjoy the panoramic view of the highlands and tropical forest as you ride in one of the longest and fastest cable cars in Southeast Asia to the top of the mountain. Take a walk around the peak and enjoy the crisp and cool mountain air.

Its world–class casino provides a truly memorable gaming experience. Try your luck at Blackjack, Keno, Roulette, or a host of other casino games. If tempting lady luck is not your cup of tea, take time off to enjoy a day filled with fun and excitement at the outdoor theme park Genting SkyWorlds, or Skytropolis Indoor Theme Park. There are numerous retail and dining outlets as well as a luxurious spa for those looking to pamper or to be pampered.

 

NOTE(s):

  • Not inclusive: Theme Parks ticket, meals, spa or shows.
  •  Activities at the theme park are at your own leisure and without accompanied guide.
  •  Wear a long-sleeved shirt and pants or bring along a sweater/jacket. Genting Highland can be chilly even during daytime.

 

IMPORTANT REMARKS FOR CASINO ENTRANCE:

  • Persons below 21 years old are not allowed into the casino.
  •  Dress code for casino entrance: Guests must observe the smart dress code upon entering the casino. Guests wearing singlets, shorts, slippers, hats, caps, helmets, sunglasses, masks, veils, or any other items which conceal their facial features (fully or partially) are prohibited from entering the casino.
  • Foreign Tourists need to bring and show their passport if would like to enter the Casino. Otherwise, entrance will be disregarded.

 

 

DAY 3: Full Day Sunway Lagoon - Private

Breakfast at hotel. Pick up for full day Sunway Lagoon with theme park entrance. Proceed to Sunway Lagoon to enjoy the many thrilling rides and slides at Sunway Lagoon at your own leisure. Spanning over 80 acres, Sunway Lagoon Theme Park is divided into five major themed lands– Water Park, Amusement Park, Wildlife Park, Extreme Park, and Scream Park, each boasting its own exciting rides and attractions. The daily street theatre and dance performances by the Sunway Lagoon performers add to the merriment of this lively and colourful theme park. The Lagoon's mascot, Captain Quack, walks around the entire Lagoon spreading his contagious energy, greeting visitors, and indulges in photo taking with the guests.

DAY 4: Departure Kuala Lumpur - Private

Breakfast. Check out and departure.

Booking Procedure

 

  • On the date of booking the tour and More than 60 Days Rs. 5,000 (Without Visa and Airfare)
  • If Booking done 60 to 45 Days prior to the departure of tour Rs. 10,000 (Without Visa and Airfare)
  • If Booking done 45 to 30 Days prior to the departure full tour cost

 

HOTEL RULES AND REGULATIONS:
The official check-in time at all hotels will be 1500hrs.
The official check-out time at all hotels will be 1000hrs.

 

Cancellation Policy

 

The cancellation policy is subject to change. It purely depends upon the cancellation terms of the respective hotel and the peak/off-season rates. Refunds will take 15–30 working days to be credited back to the bank account. The airline refund will be credited back once PML receives the same from the airline

 

Please Note:

 

  • In case of any unprecedented hike in airfare, hotel charges or other service charges, the same will be levied extra.
  • Tour can be canceled or postponed due to natural calamities or any political issues.
  • No Show Guest would not be given any refund nor would their tours rescheduled.
  • SIC means Seat In Coach Basis. The driver would communicate with the Guests if there is a change in the assigned pick up
  • If the Guest fails to reach the designated place within the time arranged, there will be no replacement given and the arrangement needs to be made on your own.
  • The Guide will be available only for some specific tours/excursions.
  • If there is any change in flights by airline then tours and Transfers rescheduling will not be done.
  • Above Mentioned Itinerary, Flight, Timing & rates are subject to change. Hotels, services, and Air- Tickets quoted are subject to the final Confirmation from Hotels, Suppliers and Airlines, Else similar property/ Airlines (Hotels) will be used.
  • After booking Confirmation Rs. 1000/- per person per Amendment Charges.
  • Room type Twin or Double is at the sole discretion of Hotels. Hotels allocate the rooms on Run of The House basis.
  • It is entirely your responsibility to arrange, provide and carry on tour valid travel documents including Passport, which is valid for a period of at least six months from the date of travel on the tour with necessary Visa/s and immigration clearance (if applicable), confirmed air-tickets, documents confirming insurance to cover risk to life, limb and property for the duration of the tour, medical clearances, inoculation/vaccination certificates as the case may be to be able to travel as per the tour itinerary.
  • Any increase in the rate of exchange leading to an increase in surface transportation and land arrangements which may come into effect prior to departure. The tour price is subject to increase without notice if this rate changes substantially prior to departure.
  • It is entirely your responsibility to check the Service Voucher(s) / Tickets / Visas / Insurance Policies carefully and to let the Company know immediately in the event of any error.
  • Itinerary may be changed by tour manager while execution of the tour hence do not fix your own program at all as the itinerary is subject to change.
  • As granting or rejecting visas and immigration clearance is the sole prerogative of the concerned sovereign Government, the Company shall neither be responsible in case of non-granting of such documents nor liable for any delay, denial or other related act or for any loss, expense, damage or cost resulting therefrom.
  • In case, your visa is applied through us and is rejected before 30 days of travel: Visa Fee is Non - Refundable, the booking amount of 25% will be refunded back. Less than 30 Days travel: 25% of the booking amount will be charged.

Must Carry

 

Passport & Visa:
Ensure your passport is valid for at least six months beyond your intended stay, and check visa requirements based on your nationality. 

Proof of Onward Travel:
Have evidence of your return or onward flight/travel. 

Currency:
Carry some Japanese Yen (JPY) for smaller purchases and initial expenses, and have credit/debit cards for larger transactions. 

Clothing:
Pack light, comfortable clothing suitable for the season, including layers for fluctuating temperatures. Don't forget comfortable walking shoes. 

Electronics:
A universal adapter and portable charger are essential for charging devices.
