Day Wise Itinerary

 

Day 01: Arrival in Bali

Arrival at Ngurah Rai International Airport. Private transfer to hotel. Check-in & relax. Overnight stay in Bali

 

 

Day 02: Water Sports + Uluwatu Temple with Kecak Dance

Breakfast at hotel. Head to Tanjung Benoa Beach for exciting water sports:1 Round Banana Boat ,Jet Ski. Parasailing Adventure / Flying Fish (weather dependent). Evening visit to Uluwatu Temple, perched on a cliff overlooking the Indian Ocean. Watch the Kecak & Fire Dance performance.Return & overnight stay in Bali

 

 

Day 03: West Nusa Penida Island Tour

Early morning pick-up (06:00–06:30 hrs) & transfer to harbour Fast boat to Nusa Penida (West side) Visit:Broken Beach.Angel’s Billabong. Kelingking Cliff. Snorkeling at Toya Pakeh (snorkel goggles, life jacket & equipment included).Local lunch included. Return by evening (18:00 hrs approx.)

Day 04: Kintamani – Ubud Tour

Breakfast at hotel .Explore the highlights:Ubud Village. Tegenungan Waterfall. Tegalalang Rice Terrace. Swing by Pioneer (activities included: 2 Single Swings, 1 Romantic Swing, 1 Bed Swing, 1 Sky Bed, 1 Chicken Nest, 1 Bird Nest).Transfer back & overnight stay

 

 

Day 05: Ulun Danu – Handara Gate – Tanah Lot

Breakfast at hotel.Visit scenic Ulun Danu Beratan Temple (on the lake).Stop at Handara Gate for iconic photo spot.End the day at Tanah Lot Temple – Bali’s famous sea temple, best at sunset.Return & overnight stay

 

 

Day 06: East Bali Exploration (Lempuyang & Tirta Gangga)

Breakfast at hotel. Full-day East Bali trip: Lempuyang Temple (the famous Gates of Heaven).Tirta Gangga Water Palace with royal pools & garden.Transfer back & overnight stay

 

 

Day 07: Departure

Breakfast at hotel Check-out. Private transfer to airport for onward journey

Booking Procedure

 

  • Date of Booking to 30 days prior to travel 30 % and bookings done which are non-refundable.
  • 30 to 15 days prior to travel 50% cancellation
  • 15 to 7 days prior to travel 75% cancellation
  • 0 to 7 days prior to travel or No show 100% cancellation

Cancellation Policy

 

Cancellation Policy is subject to change. It purely depends upon the cancellation terms of the respective Hotel and the peak/off season rates. Refunds will take 15 – 30 working days to be credited back to the bank account. Airline Refund will be credited back once PML receives the same from the Airline.

Please Note:

 

  • In case of any unprecedented hike in airfare, hotel charges or other service charges, the same will be levied extra.
  • Tour can be canceled or postponed due to natural calamities or any political issues.
  • No Show Guest would not be given any refund nor would their tours rescheduled.
  • SIC means Seat In Coach Basis. The driver would communicate with the Guests if there is a change in the assigned pick up
  • If the Guest fails to reach the designated place within the time arranged, there will be no replacement given and the arrangement needs to be made on your own.
  • The Guide will be available only for some specific tours/excursions.
  • If there is any change in flights by airline then tours and Transfers rescheduling will not be done.
  • Above Mentioned Itinerary, Flight, Timing & rates are subject to change. Hotels, services, and Air Ticket quoted are subject to the final Confirmation from Hotels, Suppliers and Airlines, Else similar property/ Airlines (Hotels) will be used.
  • After booking Confirmation Rs. 1000/- per person per Amendment Charges. Only if booking allows amendments.
  • Room type Twin or Double is at the sole discretion of Hotels. Hotels allocate the rooms on Run of The House basis.
  • It is entirely your responsibility to arrange, provide and carry on tour valid travel documents including Passport, which is valid for a period of at least six months from the date of travel on the tour with necessary Visa/s and immigration clearance (if applicable), confirmed air tickets, documents confirming insurance to cover risk to life, limb and property for the duration of the tour, medical clearances, inoculation/vaccination certificates as the case may be to be able to travel as per the tour itinerary.
  • Any increase in the rate of exchange leading to an increase in surface transportation and land arrangements which may come into effect prior to departure. The tour price is subject to increase without notice if this rate changes substantially prior to departure.
  • It is entirely your responsibility to check the Service Voucher(s) / Tickets / Visas / Insurance Policies carefully and to let the Company know immediately in the event of any error.
  • Itinerary may be changed by tour manager while execution of the tour hence do not fix your own program at all as the itinerary is subject to change.
  • As granting or rejecting visas and immigration clearance is the sole prerogative of the concerned sovereign Government, the Company shall neither be responsible in case of no granting of such documents nor liable for any delay, denial or other related act or for any loss, expense, damage or cost resulting there from.
  • In case, your visa is applied through us and is rejected : Visa Fee is non Refundable.
  • 5% TCS and GST will be charged extra.
  • Above prices is the promotional price and is subject to availability at the time of booking.
  • Above fare is not available on long weekends and blackout dates.
