Day Wise Schedule

Day 1

Pinnawala - Kandy Arrival in Colombo, proceed to Pinnawala (2 hours drive). The first place we visit in our Sri Lanka tour package is Pinnawala Elephant Orphanage which is home to elephants that are abandoned or orphaned in the wild. You can take an Elephant ride, feed them or see them play & bath. Later continue the drive to Kandy (1hr). Complementary Dinner at Hotel in Kandy.

Day 2

Peradeniya - Nuwara Eliya After breakfast we leave for Peradeniya to visit the Royal Botanical Garden (147 acres), known for its huge variety of orchids. Continue for Nuwara Eliya and enroute, you would also get to view the spectacular waterfalls, rocky outcrops and paddy fields. Dinner & Night stay in Sri Lankas most popular hill resort.

Day 3

Bentota Post Breakfast we would leave for Bentota (4.5hrs drive). Evening free for watersports at the beach or a healing-relaxing Ayurveda spa (own expense). Dinner and Night stay at Hotel in Bentota.

Day 4

Bentota Enjoy your breakfast and then leave for Galle, the ancient-walled city, a World Heritage Site. It has stood since the early 16th century and saw Colonial periods of Portuguese, Dutch and British. It is today proclaimed as an Archaeological Reserve. Visit the Dutch Museum, Dutch Church and the majestic Galle Fort. Some of the best things to do in Sri Lanka. Return to Bentota. Dinner & Night stay at Bentota.

Day 5

Colombo Post morning breakfast, check out from the hotel. We drive back to Colombo 2hrs. Evening, Shopping in Colombo. Dinner & Night stay at Hotel in Colombo.

Day 6

Departure Post breakfast, leave for Airport and Depart with sweet memories.

Notes:

In case of any unprecedented hike in airfare, hotel charges or other service charges, the same will be levied extra.
Tour can be canceled or postponed due to natural calamities or any political issues.
No Show Guest would not be given any refund nor would their tours rescheduled.
SIC means Seat In Coach Basis. The driver would communicate with the Guests if there is a change in the assigned pick up
If the Guest fails to reach the designated place within the time arranged, there will be no replacement given and the arrangement needs to be made on your own.
The Guide will be available only for some specific tours/excursions.
If there is any change in flights by airline then tours and Transfers rescheduling will not be done.
Above Mentioned Itinerary, Flight, Timing & rates are subject to change. Hotels, services, and Air- Tickets quoted are subject to the final Confirmation from Hotels, Suppliers and Airlines, Else similar property/ Airlines (Hotels) will be used.
After booking Confirmation Rs. 1000/- per person per Amendment Charges.
Room type Twin or Double is at the sole discretion of Hotels. Hotels allocate the rooms on Run of The House basis.
It is entirely your responsibility to arrange, provide and carry on tour valid travel documents including Passport, which is valid for a period of at least six months from the date of travel on the tour with necessary Visa/s and immigration clearance (if applicable), confirmed air-tickets, documents confirming insurance to cover risk to life, limb and property for the duration of the tour, medical clearances, inoculation/vaccination certificates as the case may be to be able to travel as per the tour itinerary.
Any increase in the rate of exchange leading to an increase in surface transportation and land arrangements which may come into effect prior to departure. The tour price is subject to increase without notice if this rate changes substantially prior to departure.
It is entirely your responsibility to check the Service Voucher(s) / Tickets / Visas / Insurance Policies carefully and to let the Company know immediately in the event of any error.
Itinerary may be changed by tour manager while execution of the tour hence do not fix your own program at all as the itinerary is subject to change.
As granting or rejecting visas and immigration clearance is the sole prerogative of the concerned sovereign Government, the Company shall neither be responsible in case of non-granting of such documents nor liable for any delay, denial or other related act or for any loss, expense, damage or cost resulting therefrom.
In case, your visa is applied through us and is rejected before 30 days of travel: Visa Fee is Non - Refundable, the booking amount of 25% will be refunded back. Less than 30 Days travel: 25% of the booking amount will be charged.
