Arrival & Leisure

The second day can begin with an early morning hike around the beach in which you can click various memorable pictures and make beautiful memories.

Day 3

The third day of your Maldives Itinerary can be dedicated to water based activities. From diving into the deep sea by opting a session of scuba diving to marvelling at the colourful corals and marines by trying your hands on snorkelling, the whole day can be spent indulging in an array of adrenaline rushing activities.(For Activities you Will Pay Directly)

Day 4

The fourth day of this trip can be spent relaxing around the beaches and opting for a beachside spa.

Booking Procedure

 

  • Date of booking to 30 days prior to travel: 30% and bookings done are non-refundable.
  • 30 to 15 days prior to travel: 50% cancellation
  • 15 to 7 days prior to travel: 75% cancellation
  • 0 to 7 days prior to travel or no-show: 100% cancellation

Cancellation Policy

 

The cancellation policy is subject to change. It purely depends upon the cancellation terms of the respective hotel and the peak/off-season rates. Refunds will take 15–30 working days to be credited back to the bank account. The airline refund will be credited back once PML receives the same from the airline.

Please Note:

 

  • Flight booking: Full payment is required to issue the ticket.
  • Land Part: 25% of the total land package at the time of booking and the rest, 75%, 45 days prior to the departure. If travel is within 45 days: Full payment required.
  • In case of any unprecedented hike in airfare, hotel charges, or other service charges, the same will be levied extra.
  • Tour can be canceled or postponed due to natural calamities or any political issues.
  • No Show Guest would not be given any refund, nor would their tours be rescheduled.
  • SIC means Seat In Coach Basis. The driver would communicate with the Guests if there is a change in the assigned pickup.
  • If the Guest fails to reach the designated place within the time arranged, there will be no replacement given, and the arrangement needs to be made on your own.
  • The Guide will be available only for some specific tours/excursions.
  • If there is any change in flights by airline then tours and Transfers rescheduling will not be done.
  • Above Mentioned Itinerary, Flight, Timing & rates are subject to change. Hotels, services, and Air Ticket quoted are subject to the final Confirmation from hotels, suppliers, and airlines; else similar property/airlines (hotels) will be used.
  • After booking confirmation, Rs. 1000/- per person for amendment charges. Only if the booking allows amendments.
  • Room type (twin or double) is at the sole discretion of the hotels. Hotels allocate the rooms on a run-of-the-house basis.
  • It is entirely your responsibility to arrange, provide, and carry on the tour valid travel documents, including a passport, which is valid for a period of at least six months from the date of travel on the tour, with the necessary visa(s) and immigration clearance (if applicable); confirmed air tickets; documents confirming insurance to cover risk to life, limb, and property for the duration of the tour; medical clearances; and inoculation/vaccination certificates, as the case may be, to be able to travel as per the tour itinerary.
  • Any increase in the rate of exchange leading to an increase in surface transportation and land arrangements which may come into effect prior to departure. The tour price is subject to increase without notice if this rate changes substantially prior to departure.
  • It is entirely your responsibility to check the Service Voucher(s) / Tickets / Visas / Insurance Policies carefully and to let the Company know immediately in the event of any error.
  • The itinerary may be changed by the tour manager while the tour is being executed; hence, do not fix your own program at all as the itinerary is subject to change.
  • As granting or rejecting visas and immigration clearance is the sole prerogative of the concerned sovereign government, the company shall neither be responsible in case of no granting of such documents nor liable for any delay, denial, or other related act or for any loss, expense, damage, or cost resulting therefrom.
  • In case your visa is applied for through us and is rejected, the visa fee is nonrefundable.
  • 2% TCS and 5% GST will be charged extra
