Day Wise Itinerary

 

Day 1:  Hanoi arrival – Transfer to Sapa directly (None)/Private transfer
Welcome to Hanoi – the capital of Vietnam! The driver will be welcoming you at Noi Bai airport, Transfer you directly to Sapa Town. It will take 5 – 5:30 hours to reach Sapa.

Note: Early check in not included in tour cost. Regular check in time is 2pm.
Check in hotel. Free time

 


Day 2: Sapa – Fansipan Peak – Roller Coaster (Mong Village) – Overnight in Sapa (B)/Private tour
07:00: After breakfast, our guide/car will pick you up. Arrive in Cable Car Station then you have opportunity to conquer the Fansipan Legend which is considered the roof of Indochina. From the top of Fansipan, you can see Sa Pa at an altitude of more than 3000m, admire the overlapping mountains of Sapa hidden in the white clouds.
11:00: Return to the Cable Car Station and continue with one another activities - Roller Coaster (Mong Village)/ The tickets included in tour cost
Lastly, back to the Gateway then transfer back to hotel. 
Overnight in Sapa.

 


Day 3:  Sapa – Transfer to Hanoi (B)/Private transfer
Have a breakfast at the hotel. Check out
Our driver will pick you up at the lobby and transfer you back to Hanoi.
Regular check in time is 2pm, Early check in Not included in tour cost.

 


Day 4: Hanoi – Ninh Binh: Hoa Lu – Trang An - Hanoi (B/L)/Private tour
Have abreakfast at the hotel.
7h00 : Our tour guide will pick you up from your hotel. We take you to Ninh Binh province which is far from Hanoi city about 120 km.
9h00 : Have a short break for 20 minutes to relax
10h30: The first destination in this trip is visit Hoa Lu ancient capital. This is the first capital of Vietnam. Come to visit Hoa Lu, you will learn about why the capital was moved to Hanoi nowadays. You are impressed on an outstanding architecture when entering temples of King Dinh and King Le, the first and second emperors of ancient Vietnam, built in the 17 century. Try to feel ancient atmospheres in Hoa Lu ancient capital.
12h30: Have buffet lunch in the restaurant … Vegetarian food is always available in the buffet lunch.
13h30 – 14h00: Visit Trang An which was recognized by UNESCO as The world Heritage Site in 2014. Trang An has the wonderful tunnel cave system so that Kong’s Movie Group chose this place for New Version of Kong in 2016 – “ Skull Island “. Boat trip to visit Trang An to see the amazing beauty of this landscape with many caves such as : Sang Cave (Light Cave), Toi Cave (Dack cave), Nau Ruou Cave (Cooking Wine), green river and natural view. 
16h00 : Get on the van to return to Hanoi
18h30 – 19h00 : Arrive back to Hanoi and drop off at your hotel or our office in Hanoi.

 


Day 5: Hanoi – Cat Ba island day tour - Hanoi (B/L)/SIC tour

Day 7: CABLE CAR TRIP - Cable Car + Aquatopia Water Park & 4 Islands Trip By Speed Boat (B/L)/SIC tour
08:30: Pick up from your hotel at the lobby in the center
Arrive at the harbor - board on speed boat
Visit 4 islands in the south
Gam Ghi Island: Snorkeling at the coral reef - Enjoy the beach
Buom Island (or Mong Tay Island): Snorkeling at the coral reef
May Rut Island: white sand lagoon – unique chillout.

Booking Procedure

 

  • Date of Booking to 30 days prior to travel 30 % and bookings done which are non-refundable.
  • 30 to 15 days prior to travel 50% cancellation
  • 15 to 7 days prior to travel 75% cancellation
  • 0 to 7 days prior to travel or No show 100% cancellation

Cancellation Policy

 

Cancellation Policy is subject to change. It purely depends upon the cancellation terms of the respective Hotel and the peak/off season rates. Refunds will take 15 – 30 working days to be credited back to the bank account. Airline Refund will be credited back once PML receives the same from the Airline.

Please Note:

 

  • Flight booking: Full payment is required to issue the ticket.
  • Land Part: 25% of the Total Land Package at the time of booking and the rest 75%, 45 Days prior to the departure
  • If Travel is With-in 45 days: Full payment required.
  • In case of any unprecedented hike in airfare, hotel charges or other service charges, the same will be levied extra.
  • Tour can be canceled or postponed due to natural calamities or any political issues.
  • No Show Guest would not be given any refund nor would their tours rescheduled.
  • SIC means Seat In Coach Basis. The driver would communicate with the Guests if there is a change in the assigned pick up
  • If the Guest fails to reach the designated place within the time arranged, there will be no replacement given and the arrangement needs to be made on your own.
  • The Guide will be available only for some specific tours/excursions.
  • If there is any change in flights by airline then tours and Transfers rescheduling will not be done.
  • Above Mentioned Itinerary, Flight, Timing & rates are subject to change. Hotels, services, and Air Ticket quoted are subject to the final Confirmation from Hotels, Suppliers and Airlines, Else similar property/ Airlines (Hotels) will be used.
  • After booking Confirmation Rs. 1000/- per person per Amendment Charges. Only if booking allows amendments.
  • Room type Twin or Double is at the sole discretion of Hotels. Hotels allocate the rooms on Run of The House basis.
  • It is entirely your responsibility to arrange, provide and carry on tour valid travel documents including Passport, which is valid for a period of at least six months from the date of travel on the tour with necessary Visa/s and immigration clearance (if applicable), confirmed air tickets, documents confirming insurance to cover risk to life, limb and property for the duration of the tour, medical clearances, inoculation/vaccination certificates as the case may be to be able to travel as per the tour itinerary.
  • Any increase in the rate of exchange leading to an increase in surface transportation and land arrangements which may come into effect prior to departure. The tour price is subject to increase without notice if this rate changes substantially prior to departure.
  • It is entirely your responsibility to check the Service Voucher(s) / Tickets / Visas / Insurance Policies carefully and to let the Company know immediately in the event of any error.
  • Itinerary may be changed by tour manager while execution of the tour hence do not fix your own program at all as the itinerary is subject to change.
  • As granting or rejecting visas and immigration clearance is the sole prerogative of the concerned sovereign Government, the Company shall neither be responsible in case of no granting of such documents nor liable for any delay, denial or other related act or for any loss, expense, damage or cost resulting there from.
  • In case, your visa is applied through us and is rejected : Visa Fee is non Refundable.
  • 5% TCS and GST will be charged extra.
