Day Wise Itinerary

 

Day 1: Arrival at Bangkok 
Arrival at Bangkok International Airport Suvarnabhumi (BKK). Our representative will welcome you at the airport then transfer to your Pattaya hotel

 

Day 2: Coral Island Tour on sharing basis

After breakfast at the hotel, you will be picked up and head to Pattaya Beach where the speedboat takes you over to the beautiful Koh Larn Coral Island. As you arrive, be amazed by its vast white-sand beaches and crystal-clear blue water. Plan your stay how you like it—either relax on the beach, snooze in the sun, swim in the ocean, or try out some water sports, including waterskiing, parasailing, and windsurfing (for an additional fee and subject to availability).

After working up an appetite, enjoy a delicious lunch of Thai dishes at a basic, yet pleasant, open-air restaurant right next to the beach. After an action-packed or relaxed day, the speedboat brings you back to Pattaya Beach, where your shuttle bus returns you to your hotel. Rest of the day is free for you to relax and enjoy Pattaya.

 

Day 3: Leisure at Pattaya 
After breakfast, this day is free for personal leisure time. Overnight stay. 

 

Day 4: Transfer from Pattaya to Bangkok 
After breakfast, check out from Pattaya and get transferred to a Bangkok hotel.En route, enjoy the Bangkok City & Temple tour. Check in to your hotel. Overnight stay. 

 

Day 5: Departure from Bangkok
Today morning, check out from your hotel. You will be transferred to Bangkok International Airport   Suvarnabhumi (BKK) to catch your return flight back home.
 

Booking Procedure

 

  • Date of booking to 30 days prior to travel: 30% and bookings done are non-refundable.
  • 30 to 15 days prior to travel 50% cancellation
  • 15 to 7 days prior to travel: 75% cancellation
  • 0 to 7 days prior to travel or no-show:100% cancellation

Cancellation Policy

 

  • The cancellation policy is subject to change. It purely depends upon the cancellation terms of the respective hotel and the peak/off-season rates.
  • Refunds will take 15–30 working days to be credited back to the bank account.
  • The airline refund will be credited back once PML receives the same from the airline.

Please Note:

 

Payment Terms of Packages:

  • Flight booking: Full payment is required to issue the ticket.
  • Land Part: 25% of the total land package at the time of booking and the rest, 75%, 45 days prior to the departure. If travel is within 45 days: Full payment required.
  • In case of any unprecedented hike in airfare, hotel charges, or other service charges, the same will be levied extra.
  • Tour can be canceled or postponed due to natural calamities or any political issues.
  • No Show Guest would not be given any refund nor would their tours rescheduled.
  • SIC means Seat In Coach Basis. The driver would communicate with the Guests if there is a change in the assigned pick up
  • If the Guest fails to reach the designated place within the time arranged, there will be no replacement given and the arrangement needs to be made on your own.
  • The Guide will be available only for some specific tours/excursions.
  • If there is any change in flights by airline then tours and transfers rescheduling will not be done.
  • Above Mentioned Itinerary, Flight, Timing & rates are subject to change. Hotels, services, and Air Ticket quoted are subject to the final Confirmation from Hotels, Suppliers and Airlines, Else similar property/ Airlines (Hotels) will be used.
  • After booking Confirmation Rs. 1000/- per person per Amendment Charges. Only if the booking allows amendments.
  • Room type Twin or Double is at the sole discretion of Hotels. Hotels allocate the rooms on a run-of-the-house basis.
  • It is entirely your responsibility to arrange, provide and carry on tour valid travel documents, including a passport, which is valid for a period of at least six months from the date of travel on the tour with necessary Visa/s and immigration clearance (if applicable); confirmed air tickets; documents confirming insurance to cover risk to life, limb and property for the duration of the tour, medical clearances, inoculation/vaccination certificates as the case may be to be able to travel as per the tour itinerary.
  • Any increase in the rate of exchange leading to an increase in surface transportation and land arrangements which may come into effect prior to departure. The tour price is subject to increase without notice if this rate changes substantially prior to departure.
  • It is entirely your responsibility to check the Service Voucher(s) / Tickets / Visas / Insurance Policies carefully and to let the Company know immediately in the event of any error.
  • The itinerary may be changed by the tour manager during the execution of the tour; hence, do not fix your own program at all as the itinerary is subject to change.
  • As granting or rejecting visas and immigration clearance is the sole prerogative of the concerned sovereign government, the company shall neither be responsible in case of no granting of such documents nor liable for any delay, denial, or other related act or for any loss, expense, damage, or cost resulting therefrom.
  • In case your visa is applied for through us and is rejected, the visa fee is nonrefundable.
  • 5% TCS and GST will be charged extra
  • The above prices are the promotional prices and are subject to availability at the time of booking.
  • The above fare is not available on long weekends and blackout dates.
