Day Wise Itinerary

 

Day 1 CAPE TOWN - ARRIVAL

Upon arrival at Cape Town International Airport, a representative meets you for a transfer to your prebooked hotel.Cape Town is one of the most popular long-haul destinations in the world. Due to its unique topography, it isalso one of the easiest places in which to orientate oneself as long as you remember that with TableMountain behind you and Robben Island before you; you are facing north, looking across Table Bay and upthe west coast of Africa. overnight at Hotel

 

Day 2 CAPE TOWN – CITY TOUR

After breakfast leave on a half-day Mother City tour.You will go for a scenic coastal drive through Clifton & Sea Point & later tour passes the Houses of Parliament,the Castle, the SA Museum, and a few other historical sights – District Six, Bo-Kaap, Slave Lodge & ending atthe bustling Greenmarket Square. A cable car ride, takes you up the Table Mountain (weather permittingotherwise Signal Hill) for a breath-taking view over the city (entrance is included) Return to your hotel. Overnight at Hotel

 

Day 3 CAPE TOWN – PENINSULA TOUR

Breakfast is taken at the hotel. Depart on a full day Peninsula tourThis comprehensive tour shows you the best of the spectacular Cape Peninsula and why it is it's called theFairest Cape. Travel past Sea Point and Camps Bay, past the famous beaches of Clifton and Llandudno towards Hout Bay. Drive along the Atlantic Seaboard. Pass through Noordhoek and Scarborough. Later you will take tothe Cape of Good Hope Nature Reserve. Enjoy the funicular ride aboard the “Flying Dutchman” and enjoy the unforgettable spectacular views. Later get the photo opportunity to take some pictures at the second southernmost tip of the African continent. Visit the beautiful Boulders Beach, and have the option to sit among the famous colony of Jackass Penguins. Thereafter we enjoy a short stop at the naval port of Simon's Town and know about the legend of “Able Seaman Just Nuisance” the Great Dane Dog that was inducted in Royal Navy.Return to the hotel. overnight at Hotel

 

Day 4 CAPE TOWN - JOHANNESBURG - SUN CITY

After breakfast transfer to Cape Town airport to board a flight to Johannesburg. On arrival you are met by a representative for a transfer to Sun City. (175 kms, approx. 2 hours 30 mins) The Sun City complex is surrounded by two championship golf courses, numerous swimming pools and a huge manmade lake offering various water sports. Optional activities include Hot Air Ballooning. Enjoy lunchat the Raj Indian Restaurant (own account). Then you could relax at the Valley of the Waves, or take a walk through the gardens of the Lost City. This magical city knows no limits - you have the chance to win a fortuneat the Casino and Entertainment Centre, there are lavish extravaganzas and a multitude of restaurants to cater for every taste. Day 5 CAPE TOWN – SUN CITY

After breakfast you will enjoy your day at leisure. Optional game drives to Pilanesberg Nature Reserve to seethe Big 5 (cost of the game drive is not included).Overnight at Hotel

 

DAY 6 SUN CITY – JOHANNESBURG

After breakfast transfer to Joburg. Arrive and leave for a Gold Reef City tour (Open Thursdays to Sunday only)Where you will see reconstruction of Johannesburg during the Gold Rush era, built around a mine. Activities include a Victorian fun fair, miners' houses, brewery, pubs, restaurants and stock exchange. You can watchmolten gold being poured and take a trip down an old mine shaft. Tribal dancing adds to the fun.Check in at the hotel in the evening. Overnight at hotel.

 

Day 7 JOHANNESBURG – DEPARTURE

After breakfast, our journey will come to an end, leaving you with wonderful lasting memories. You’ll be transferred to the airport.

  • The official check-in time at all hotels will be 1500hrs.
  • The official check-out time at all hotels will be 1000hrs.

Cancellation Policy

 

  • Booking Amount Rs 50,000/- is non-refundable after the visa.
  • 60 Days Before Departure: Rs 25,000/- Per Person
  • 30 Days Before Departure: Rs 50,000/- Per Person
  • 20 Days Before Departure: Rs 75,000/- Per Person
  • Less Than 20 Days Of Departure: 100% Of The Tour Cost

Please Note:

 

  • A person below 12 years of age on the entire tour will be considered a child
  • As a 3rd person in a triple room, most hotels use rollaway beds and room size may be the same as the double room
  •  Tours will operate subject to all Government regulations
  • All Local taxes, entrances and services are calculated as on 1st Jan'25, any increase in local taxes, entry tickets and other services has to be borne and paid by the traveler/agent.
  •  All transfers and extensive sightseeing with entrance fees (as specified in the itinerary) will be done in an air-conditioned coach
  •  On reaching Eiffel Tower, if there is a very long queue, we will be taking you to the Montparnasse tower
  •  It is suggested to carry One check in bag and one hand bag per person only, due to limited boot space in the coach
  •  Services of our Tour Manager or local representatives, while on tour
  • On some occasions, you may have to join another group in case your group does not have adequate members
  • A local representative or your coach driver may only be there to assist you during your initial part of the tour
  • Land surcharges applicable on certain departure dates which will be notified
  • If certain sightseeing/excursions are closed, then alternate sight- seeing will be arranged.Kindly note that on certain departure dates the tour routing could change. In some tours, there is also a possibility that the tour could operate in reverse itinerary. However, you will not miss any sightseeing or excursions that are mentioned in the itinerary unless its closed due to a holiday. Your Tour Manager will notify you the same
  •  In case of inordinate delays and strict driving laws, packed dinner may be provided on that day
  •  Please check with your Sales representative for final details
  •  In case of any increase in any taxes in Europe, there would be a change in price which will be justified
  •  We reserve the right to claim from the passengers, any additional expenses incurred due to delay or changes in the schedule of trains, flights, coach, cruise or other services
  •  We reserve the right to change any itinerary for operational reasons and reasons beyond the control of us due to Force Majeure related to weather conditions, strike, etc
  • We shall not accept any liability or responsibility for any damages, loss, injury, accident, death, delay, breakdown or irregularity, which may occur during the tour, due to weather conditions, strikes, war, quarantine and or any other cause whatsoever and all such loss or expenses must be borne by the passenger
  • Tours are operated subject to Reserve Bank of India / Government of India regulations
  • Tour cost is payable in EURO out of your BTQ entitlement of the passengers
