Day Wise Schedule

Day 1

ARRIVE JOHANNESBURG. Johannesburg is the place to feel the pulse of South Africa. Transfer to your Hotel, Overnight at Johannesburg. Evening at your leisure.

Day 2

SUN CITY AND PILANESBERG Depart for Sun City in Luxury air-conditioned coach (2.5 hrs). Lunch at Sun City, a luxury resort and casino along with two International Golf Course. Depart for Afternoon game drive within the Pilanesberg Game Reserve, the park which has various sites that originate from the Iron Age and Stone Age. At the centre of the park view the artificial lake, the Mankwe Dam, and Thabayadiotso meaning- "the Proud Mountain". Depart for Johannesburg. Arrive back at your Hotel Overnight Johannesburg.

Day 3

VIC FALLS - ZAMBIA Transfer from your hotel for Johannesburg International Airport for Flight departure for Livingstone Airport in Zambia flying SAA airways. Arrive at Livingstone Airport. Boat transfer to Livingstone Island, for high tea and sundowners -right on the edge of the falls or for an adventure- swim to the rock pool. Livingstone Island is not much more than a lump of rock but it earns its grandiose name for two things; it separates the Main Falls from Horseshoe Falls and Rainbow Falls, the highest cataract. Transfer back to your hotel. Dinner, Overnight Zambia.

Day 4

CHOBE MARINA Transfer from your hotel to Zambian border. A short boat trip across three rivers, arrive at Botswana border. Arrive at Chobe Marina. Chobe Game Drive, then Dinner before retiring for the day at the hotel.

Day 5

CHOBE BOTSWANA Chobe is on the overland route from Botswana to Victoria Falls, and a 4X4 vehicle is recommended. Early Morning game drive. The Safari in Chobe National Park known for its large elephant and Lion population. Breakfast. River Cruise down Chobe. Thereafter Enter Namibia via River. Overnight in Namibia

Day 6

NAMIBIA Namibia is a land of contrasts. Enjoy the vast desert landscapes and views of the Atlantic Ocean. Early morning- boating in the Okovango Delta and Hippo Viewing in Makoro, Have Breakfast. Depart to Botswana, for Zambia. Have afternoon tea at the Victoria Falls Hotel and see falls from the other side. Overnight at the Victoria Falls Hotel

Day 7

LESEDI: 07:00 HRS DRIVE Have Breakfast. Depart for JIA. Lion Park Lesedi Lunch and cultural experience. Arrive back at Hotel. Evening your leisure, Overnight Johannesburg.

Day 8

JOHANNESBURG Day tour of Johannesburg key highlights as departure time of flight allows. Soweto, Gold Reef City, Aparthied Musuem, Sandton, Shopping/ Gifts. Drop at the Airport.

Notes:

In case of any unprecedented hike in airfare, hotel charges or other service charges, the same will be levied extra.
Tour can be canceled or postponed due to natural calamities or any political issues.
No Show Guest would not be given any refund nor would their tours rescheduled.
SIC means Seat In Coach Basis. The driver would communicate with the Guests if there is a change in the assigned pick up
If the Guest fails to reach the designated place within the time arranged, there will be no replacement given and the arrangement needs to be made on your own.
The Guide will be available only for some specific tours/excursions.
If there is any change in flights by airline then tours and Transfers rescheduling will not be done.
Above Mentioned Itinerary, Flight, Timing & rates are subject to change. Hotels, services, and Air- Tickets quoted are subject to the final Confirmation from Hotels, Suppliers and Airlines, Else similar property/ Airlines (Hotels) will be used.
After booking Confirmation Rs. 1000/- per person per Amendment Charges.
Room type Twin or Double is at the sole discretion of Hotels. Hotels allocate the rooms on Run of The House basis.
It is entirely your responsibility to arrange, provide and carry on tour valid travel documents including Passport, which is valid for a period of at least six months from the date of travel on the tour with necessary Visa/s and immigration clearance (if applicable), confirmed air-tickets, documents confirming insurance to cover risk to life, limb and property for the duration of the tour, medical clearances, inoculation/vaccination certificates as the case may be to be able to travel as per the tour itinerary.
Any increase in the rate of exchange leading to an increase in surface transportation and land arrangements which may come into effect prior to departure. The tour price is subject to increase without notice if this rate changes substantially prior to departure.
It is entirely your responsibility to check the Service Voucher(s) / Tickets / Visas / Insurance Policies carefully and to let the Company know immediately in the event of any error.
Itinerary may be changed by tour manager while execution of the tour hence do not fix your own program at all as the itinerary is subject to change.
As granting or rejecting visas and immigration clearance is the sole prerogative of the concerned sovereign Government, the Company shall neither be responsible in case of non-granting of such documents nor liable for any delay, denial or other related act or for any loss, expense, damage or cost resulting therefrom.
In case, your visa is applied through us and is rejected before 30 days of travel: Visa Fee is Non - Refundable, the booking amount of 25% will be refunded back. Less than 30 Days travel: 25% of the booking amount will be charged.
