Day Wise Schedule

Day 1

WELCOME CITY TOUR Arrival in Baku, capital of Azerbaijan. Transfer from airport to restaurant. Post early lunch at an Indian restaurant, proceed to your hotel. Relax and in evening, proceed to the panoramic city tour. Visit to the Highland Park Alley of martyrs, the national assembly also transliterated as Milli Majlis, flame towers (the tallest skyscraper in Baku). Later, visit Baku crystal hall an indoor arena in Baku. In Free time, the best things to do in Baku, can be a long walk through the boulevard which stretches along a south facing bay on the Caspian Sea. Dinner at Indian restaurant, Transfer to hotel. Day 2

BAKU CITY TOUR Your Baku tour package today will take you to explore the old inner city which is the historical core of Baku. The first location in Azerbaijan to be classified as a world heritage site by UNESCO in December 2000 is the old city of Baku, including the palace of the Shirvanshahs and maiden tower. Relish Lunch in Indian restaurant and then enjoy shopping in the happening Nizami Street. Post Lunch, visit The Heydar Aliyev center a 57,500 meter square building complex in Baku, noted for its distinctive architecture and flowing, curved style that eschews sharp angles. The center is named after the first secretary of soviet Azerbaijan from 1969 to 1982, and President of Azerbaijan Republic from October 1993 to October 2003. Dinner at Indian restaurant. Day 3

FIRE MOUNTAINS & FIRE TEMPLE Trip to "fire or blazing mountain "Yanardag". Blazing bodies of flame dance on stones and floor. Yanardag is a natural gas fire which blazes continuously on a hillside on the Absheron peninsula on the Caspian sea near Baku, which itself is known as the "land of fire." The tour continues with Ateshgah (fire worshippers temple) which was used as a Hindu and Zoroastrian place of worship. Post lunch, we continue to explore with Baku Ferris Wheel (Bakuï¿½s Eye) having a wheel that is 60 metres tall and has 30 cabins, each which can hold eight people. Evening we give you chance to shop best of local items like sweets of Azerbaijan brand: Aliahmad, proceed to local wine and alcoholic drinks shop and lastly the dry fruits. Continue with boat tour of CITY OF WINDS. Transfer for dinner at Indian restaurant. Transfer to hotel.

Day 4

SHOPPING TOUR Post Breakfast, visit to Gen Clik Mall (biggest mall in Baku) located in 10 minutes distance form city centre with taxi. Enjoy Shopping or the playground, take in the local cuisine at the VIP restaurants or food courts. Post lunch, you can shop in Park Boulevard, a multi storey shopping mall and view the Government house of Baku (from outside). The building is a blend of the east and modern art of the west. Visit the historical Bibiheibat Mosque. Transfer for dinner at Indian restaurant and retire for the day to hotel

Day 5

GOOD BYE BAKU Check out from hotel and leave for the Airport for Departure.

In case of any unprecedented hike in airfare, hotel charges or other service charges, the same will be levied extra.

No Show Guest would not be given any refund nor would their tours rescheduled.
SIC means Seat In Coach Basis. The driver would communicate with the Guests if there is a change in the assigned pick up
If the Guest fails to reach the designated place within the time arranged, there will be no replacement given and the arrangement needs to be made on your own.
The Guide will be available only for some specific tours/excursions.
If there is any change in flights by airline then tours and Transfers rescheduling will not be done.

Room type Twin or Double is at the sole discretion of Hotels. Hotels allocate the rooms on Run of The House basis.
It is entirely your responsibility to arrange, provide and carry on tour valid travel documents including Passport, which is valid for a period of at least six months from the date of travel on the tour with necessary Visa/s and immigration clearance (if applicable), confirmed air-tickets, documents confirming insurance to cover risk to life, limb and property for the duration of the tour, medical clearances, inoculation/vaccination certificates as the case may be to be able to travel as per the tour itinerary.
Any increase in the rate of exchange leading to an increase in surface transportation and land arrangements which may come into effect prior to departure. The tour price is subject to increase without notice if this rate changes substantially prior to departure.
It is entirely your responsibility to check the Service Voucher(s) / Tickets / Visas / Insurance Policies carefully and to let the Company know immediately in the event of any error.
Itinerary may be changed by tour manager while execution of the tour hence do not fix your own program at all as the itinerary is subject to change.
As granting or rejecting visas and immigration clearance is the sole prerogative of the concerned sovereign Government, the Company shall neither be responsible in case of non-granting of such documents nor liable for any delay, denial or other related act or for any loss, expense, damage or cost resulting therefrom.
In case, your visa is applied through us and is rejected before 30 days of travel: Visa Fee is Non - Refundable, the booking amount of 25% will be refunded back. Less than 30 Days travel: 25% of the booking amount will be charged.
