Bangladesh Visa Application form:

Visa application form has to be filled online., print out of the completed form has to be taken and should be submitted at the High Commission along with other required documents. The form should be duly signed by the applicant.

Photo Specification:

Two recent passport size colored photographs with matt or semi matt finish, 60%-80% face coverage, white background and without border (Size: 35mm x 45mm).

Please note: Photograph should not be more than 3 months old, scanned/stapled and should not be used in any of the previous visas.

Covering Letter:

Covering-Letter from applicant stating his name, designation, passport number and purpose & duration of stay in brief. The letter should be duly signed by the applicant and addressed to – The Visa Officer, Bangladesh High Commission, New Delhi.

Please Note: Covering-Letter on Letterhead if applicant is Self Employed or on plain paper if Employed.

The letter should be duly signed by the authorized signatory with his name & designation. Please Note: Embassy may ask for a faxed copy of invitation letter with the fax number.

High Commission may ask for Company's Recommendation letter from a recognized Chamber of commerce/ Certificate of Incorporation/ Ownership proof (varies from application to application) or any additional documents at random.
