Day Wise Schedule

Day 1

ARRIVAL - KATHMANDU Meet and greet at airport and our driver will escort you to the hotel. Check in toy your hotel and spend you day visiting the local area. Overnight stay in Kathmandu.

Day 2

KATHMANDU LOCAL EXCURSION Enjoy your breakfast at the hotel and start the local excursions with our tour guide. The major attraction of Kathmandu will be covered in this guided tour are Swayambhunath-which is the ancient religious site, Boudhanath - the world's largest Stupa of Tibetan Buddhist Culture, Pashupatinath which is a sacred Hindu complex and last but not the least the Kathmandu durbar square. You will also be visiting the Hanuman Dhoka, Mahadev and Parvati Temple, Machhender Bahl and Kumari Ghar. These places tell a lot about the ancient and religious background of the city. Overnight stay in Kathmandu.

Day 3

BHAKTAPUR AND PATAN AND TRANSFER TO NAGARKOT Take early morning breakfast and proceed for the sightseeings around Bhaktapur and Patan. Explore the unique culture and finest display of craftsmanship at Bhaktapur old durbar square. Bhaktapur is the only place remained untouched by the western culture and offer many places of interest for tourists like Lion Gate, Golden Gate, Art Gallery, Statue of King Bhupatindra, Nyatapola Temple and fifty-five windowed Malla Palace. Later proceed to Nagarkot hotel. Admire the beautiful sunset at Nagarkot, Overnight at Nagarkot hotel.

Day 4

ADMIRE THE BEAUTY OF NAGARKOT Proceed to witness a spectacular sunrise view. Enjoy healthy breakfast upon your return to hotel. Nagarkot is popular is spectacular landscapes and mesmerizing views of snow capped mountains specially the Mount Everest. Visit the local market and temples of this beautiful town. Check out from hotel and return back to Kathmandu Hotel. Overnight stay in Kathmandu.

Day 5

DEPARTURE Post breakfast check out from hotel and proceed to Kathmandu Airport with lots of memories.

Notes:

In case of any unprecedented hike in airfare, hotel charges or other service charges, the same will be levied extra.
Tour can be canceled or postponed due to natural calamities or any political issues.
No Show Guest would not be given any refund nor would their tours rescheduled.
SIC means Seat In Coach Basis. The driver would communicate with the Guests if there is a change in the assigned pick up
If the Guest fails to reach the designated place within the time arranged, there will be no replacement given and the arrangement needs to be made on your own.
The Guide will be available only for some specific tours/excursions.
If there is any change in flights by airline then tours and Transfers rescheduling will not be done.
Above Mentioned Itinerary, Flight, Timing & rates are subject to change. Hotels, services, and Air- Tickets quoted are subject to the final Confirmation from Hotels, Suppliers and Airlines, Else similar property/ Airlines (Hotels) will be used.
After booking Confirmation Rs. 1000/- per person per Amendment Charges.
Room type Twin or Double is at the sole discretion of Hotels. Hotels allocate the rooms on Run of The House basis.
It is entirely your responsibility to arrange, provide and carry on tour valid travel documents including Passport, which is valid for a period of at least six months from the date of travel on the tour with necessary Visa/s and immigration clearance (if applicable), confirmed air-tickets, documents confirming insurance to cover risk to life, limb and property for the duration of the tour, medical clearances, inoculation/vaccination certificates as the case may be to be able to travel as per the tour itinerary.
Any increase in the rate of exchange leading to an increase in surface transportation and land arrangements which may come into effect prior to departure. The tour price is subject to increase without notice if this rate changes substantially prior to departure.
It is entirely your responsibility to check the Service Voucher(s) / Tickets / Visas / Insurance Policies carefully and to let the Company know immediately in the event of any error.
Itinerary may be changed by tour manager while execution of the tour hence do not fix your own program at all as the itinerary is subject to change.
As granting or rejecting visas and immigration clearance is the sole prerogative of the concerned sovereign Government, the Company shall neither be responsible in case of non-granting of such documents nor liable for any delay, denial or other related act or for any loss, expense, damage or cost resulting therefrom.
In case, your visa is applied through us and is rejected before 30 days of travel: Visa Fee is Non - Refundable, the booking amount of 25% will be refunded back. Less than 30 Days travel: 25% of the booking amount will be charged.
