Exclusions:

<ul> <li>Airfare</li> <li>Anything that is not mentioned in the itinerary/inclusions.</li> <li>Tips &amp; Portal Charges or any extra excursions undertaken.</li> <li>Early Check-in, Late Check out as per the Hotel Policy and availability.</li> <li>Items of personal nature such as phone calls, room services, minibars, pay movies, laundry, etc. or until and unless mentioned in the Hotel Voucher.</li> <li>Country&rsquo;s Tourist Fee wherever applicable.</li> <li>National Park Fees.</li> <li>Rates may change in the case of hotel rates, transport rates, government taxes or entrance fees.</li> <li>Transfer Surcharges in case of Public Holidays.</li> </ul>

<ul> <li>In case of any unprecedented hike in airfare, hotel charges or other service charges, the same will be levied extra.</li> <li>Tour can be canceled or postponed due to natural calamities or any political issues.</li> <li>No Show Guest would not be given any refund nor would their tours rescheduled.</li> <li>SIC means Seat In Coach Basis. The tour price is subject to increase without notice if this rate changes substantially prior to departure.</li> <li>It is entirely your responsibility to check the Service Voucher(s) / Tickets / Visas / Insurance Policies carefully and to let the Company know immediately in the event of any error.</li> <li>Itinerary may be changed by tour manager while execution of the tour hence do not fix your own program at all as the itinerary is subject to change.</li> <li>As granting or rejecting visas and immigration clearance is the sole prerogative of the concerned sovereign Government, the Company shall neither be responsible in case of nongranting of such documents nor liable for any delay, denial or other related act or for any loss, expense, damage or cost resulting therefrom.</li> <li>In case, your visa is applied through us and is rejected before 30 days of travel: Visa Fee is non Refundable, the booking amount of 25% will be refunded back.
