Visa Guidelines for Belgium

Valid passport (Copy of the Passport - 2 copies of first page on a separate sheet, one copy of last page)
Visa form with two signatures and courier form require
Two Recent Colour Photos, 35mm by 45mm white background & without border 80% of the face should be seen (Photographs should not be old for more than 6 months)
Covering letter
Invitation letter
Foreign exchange or International Credit Card
Overseas Medical Insurance and it has to be signed by the applicant
Income Tax Papers for last 3 years
Updated Bank statement for the last 6 months with applicant's name, a/c no. with bank seal & sign
Return Ticket

Hotel Confirmations is required with all the details of confirm booking and payment done

A valid passport: The passport should be valid at least 12 months when applying should contain at least one double blank page reserved for visas (blank front and back)
2 sets of Long Term visa application forms, signed and dated by the applicant and Courier form.
4 photographs (35 mm x 45 mm, white background, 80% face should be seen)
Covering letter from company
Original Blue card
PCC from passport with apostile
Medical report which the applicant done from the Panel doctor
Insurance for first 90 days with sign of the applicant
215 Euro remittance payment copy
