Day Wise Itinerary

 

DAY 1 Auckland

Upon arrival at Auckland Airport, meet our driver in the arrival hall and transfer to your hotel. After checking in, you have the rest of the day free to relax or explore while waiting for the rest of the group to arrive.

DAY 2 Auckland - Waitomo - Rotorua (B/L/D)

Enjoy breakfast at your hotel before departing for Waitomo to visit the renowned Waitomo Glowworm Caves. We’ll travel south from Auckland through the scenic Bombay Hills and the lush Waikato region. Upon reaching Waitomo, embark on a guided tour showcasing over 250 meters of stunning underground landscapes.The highlight is a serene boat ride along the Waitomo River, where thousands of glowworms create a magical light display.After the tour, enjoy a traditional New Zealand barbecue lunch at the Restaurant.Next, continue your journey to Rotorua and check into your hotel.In the evening, dine at a local Indian restaurant.

DAY 3 Rotorua (B/L/D)

DAY 4 Rotorua – Auckland (B/L/D)

DAY 5 Auckland – Fly – Christchurch (B/L/D)

After breakfast, transfer to Auckland Domestic Airport for your flight to Christchurch (flight not included).Upon arrival, meet your guide and visit the International Antarctic Centre.Following this, enjoy lunch at a local restaurant and then take a brief city tour of Christchurch.Transfer to your hotel and enjoy dinner at a local Indian restaurant.

DAY 6 Christchurch - Hokitika - Franz Josef Glacier (B/L/D)

DAY 7 Franz Josef - Wanaka - Queenstown (B/L/D)

Enjoy lunch at a local restaurant and transfer to your accommodation. In the evening, dine at a local Indian restaurant.

DAY 8 Queenstown - Milford Sound - Queenstown (B/L/D)

After breakfast, embark on a full-day excursion to Milford Sound, traveling through Fiordland National Park. A boat ride will take you to the Tasman Sea, offering views of Mitre Peak and Bowen Falls. An international hot buffet lunch is included.Return to Queenstown by bus (or at additional cost you can return by plane or helicopter, flying over this park of high waterfalls, jungle, coasts, rivers and valleys until you reach the city. This reservation will be made at destination because it is subject to weather conditions). Enjoy dinner at a local Indian restaurant upon your return.

 

Day 9 Queenstown (B)

Breakfast is included at the hotel. Enjoy a full day at your leisure in Queenstown.

Day 10 Queenstown - Mount Cook - Christchurch (B/L/D)

After breakfast, depart Queenstown for Christchurch, passing through the picturesque MacKenzie Country. Enjoy lunch at a local restaurant and, if weather permits, take in the stunning views of Mount Cook, New Zealand highest peak. Continue to Lake Tekapo to visit the iconic Church of the Good Shepherd.Arrive in Christchurch, transfer to your accommodation, and enjoy dinner at a local Indian restaurant.

Day 11 Depart Christchurch (B)

After breakfast, transfer to the airport for your departure.

Booking Procedure

 

  • Date of booking to 30 days prior to travel 30 % and bookings done which are non-refundable.
  • 30 to 15 days prior to travel 50% cancellation
  • 15 to 7 days prior to travel 75% cancellation
  • 0 to 7 days prior to travel or No show 100% cancellation

 

 

Cancellation Policy

 

The cancellation policy is subject to change. It purely depends upon the cancellation terms of the respective hotel and the peak/off-season rates. Refunds will take 15 – 30 working days to be credited back to the bank account. The airline refund will be credited back once PML receives the same from the airlin

Please Note:

 

  • In case of any unprecedented hike in airfare, hotel charges or other service charges, the same will be levied extra.
  • Tour can be canceled or postponed due to natural calamities or any political issues.
  • No Show Guest would not be given any refund nor would their tours rescheduled.
  • SIC means Seat In Coach Basis. The driver would communicate with the Guests if there is a change in the assigned pick up
  • If the Guest fails to reach the designated place within the time arranged, there will be no replacement given and the arrangement needs to be made on your own.
  • The Guide will be available only for some specific tours/excursions.
  • If there is any change in flights by airline then tours and Transfers rescheduling will not be done.
  • Above Mentioned Itinerary, Flight, Timing & rates are subject to change. Hotels, services, and Air Ticket quoted are subject to the final Confirmation from Hotels, Suppliers and Airlines, Else similar property/ Airlines (Hotels) will be used.
  • After booking Confirmation Rs. 1000/- per person per Amendment Charges. Only if booking allows amendments.
  • Room type Twin or Double is at the sole discretion of Hotels. Hotels allocate the rooms on Run of The House basis.
  • It is entirely your responsibility to arrange, provide and carry on tour valid travel documents including Passport, which is valid for a period of at least six months from the date of travel on the tour with necessary Visa/s and immigration clearance (if applicable), confirmed air tickets, documents confirming insurance to cover risk to life, limb and property for the duration of the tour, medical clearances, inoculation/vaccination certificates as the case may be to be able to travel as per the tour itinerary.
  • Any increase in the rate of exchange leading to an increase in surface transportation and land arrangements which may come into effect prior to departure. The tour price is subject to increase without notice if this rate changes substantially prior to departure.
  • It is entirely your responsibility to check the Service Voucher(s) / Tickets / Visas / Insurance Policies carefully and to let the Company know immediately in the event of any error.
  • Itinerary may be changed by tour manager while execution of the tour hence do not fix your own program at all as the itinerary is subject to change.
  • As granting or rejecting visas and immigration clearance is the sole prerogative of the concerned sovereign Government, the Company shall neither be responsible in case of no granting of such documents nor liable for any delay, denial or other related act or for any loss, expense, damage or cost resulting there from.
  • In case, your visa is applied through us and is rejected : Visa Fee is non Refundable.
