Day Wise Schedule

Day 1

ARRIVAL VANCOUVER On arrival, come out of the airport and look for a shuttle van with the Sheraton logo. The shuttle runs every 45 minutes. Board the shuttle and get to the hotel for your check-in (Recommended arrival time is before 4 pm). At 6 pm meet your tour manager. Later, depart for flyover Canada to experience an amazing virtual flight ride in which you will “take off” into a huge domed screen to enjoy a breathtaking flight across Canada’s most spectacular sights. Hotel: Sheraton Vancouver Airport or similar.

Day 2

VANCOUVER Post breakfast, get ready to explore the Capilano Bridge and appreciate nature from three breathtaking perspectives - Capilano Suspension Bridge, Treetops Adventure and the exciting new Cliffwalk. Later, visit Granville Island to see the biggest attraction – The Public Market. Here there are endless rows of stalls that feature fresh produce, gourmet foods, baked goods, and seafood. Grab a quick lunch on our own. After lunch meets the guide for the Guided City tour of Vancouver. Before dinner enjoys free time for shopping. Hotel: Sheraton Vancouver Airport or similar.

Day 3

VANCOUVER – KAMLOOPS Checkout of the hotel after breakfast and drive towards Kamloops (approximately 4 hours). On arrival visit the Monte Creek Winery to do a wine tasting tour at this award-winning Ranch Winery. It is also a part of Kamloops Wine Trail. Hotel: Doubletree by Hilton Hotel Kamloops or similar.

Day 4

KAMLOOPS – JASPER Checkout post breakfast and we drive towards Jasper. Arrive at the Blue River for the River Safari. Post Lunch (Self) we board the boat. Traveling up small rivers, gliding over water only inches deep you will certainly witness a variety of active wildlife always seen on these riverbanks. In addition to an information-pack guide will point out the bears, glaciers and many waterfalls. Hotel: Marmot Lodge or similar.

Day 5

JASPER – BANFF Checkout of the hotel after breakfast and proceed to drive to Banff (approximately 4 hours). After lunch Visit the Columbia Ice Fields to experience the Ice Explorer, which is an all-terrain vehicle that travels on ice that is 1,200 feet thick. Then experience the awesome Glacier Skywalk. Post that we drive towards Lake Louise (approximately an hour). Relax in the famous Chateau Lake Louise or just take a stroll through the grounds breathing in the fresh mountain air. Take a ride in the gondola to the top of the Sulphur mountain to experience the bird's eye view of the six mountain range. Witness the spectacular views in every direction from one of the several observation decks. Hotel: Coast Canmore Hotel or similar.

Day 6

BANFF- CALGARY After breakfast proceeds to Calgary (Approximately 90 minutes). Here visit the Heritage Park. Explore the lively historical village in the summer, meet friendly pioneers, ride the authentic steam train, or sip tea on the veranda of the Famous 5 exhibits. Lunch on your own at Heritage Park. After lunch meets the guide for the Guided City Tour. Later, depart for Calgary Tower. Enjoy a mesmerizing 360° view of the bustling city, the majestic Rocky Mountains, the foothills, and the prairies. Hotel: Four Points by Sheraton Calgary Airport or similar.

Day 7

DEPARTURE Checkout after breakfast before 11 am. Please check with the hotel bell desk for the timings for the shuttle to the Airport.

Notes:

In case of any unprecedented hike in airfare, hotel charges or other service charges, the same will be levied extra.
Tour can be canceled or postponed due to natural calamities or any political issues.
No Show Guest would not be given any refund nor would their tours rescheduled.
SIC means Seat In Coach Basis. The driver would communicate with the Guests if there is a change in the assigned pick up
If the Guest fails to reach the designated place within the time arranged, there will be no replacement given and the arrangement needs to be made on your own.
The Guide will be available only for some specific tours/excursions.
If there is any change in flights by airline then tours and Transfers rescheduling will not be done.
Above Mentioned Itinerary, Flight, Timing & rates are subject to change. Hotels, services, and Air- Tickets quoted are subject to the final Confirmation from Hotels, Suppliers and Airlines, Else similar property/ Airlines (Hotels) will be used.
After booking Confirmation Rs. 1000/- per person per Amendment Charges.
Room type Twin or Double is at the sole discretion of Hotels. Hotels allocate the rooms on Run of The House basis.
It is entirely your responsibility to arrange, provide and carry on tour valid travel documents including Passport, which is valid for a period of at least six months from the date of travel on the tour with necessary Visa/s and immigration clearance (if applicable), confirmed air-tickets, documents confirming insurance to cover risk to life, limb and property for the duration of the tour, medical clearances, inoculation/vaccination certificates as the case may be to be able to travel as per the tour itinerary.
Any increase in the rate of exchange leading to an increase in surface transportation and land arrangements which may come into effect prior to departure. The tour price is subject to increase without notice if this rate changes substantially prior to departure.
It is entirely your responsibility to check the Service Voucher(s) / Tickets / Visas / Insurance Policies carefully and to let the Company know immediately in the event of any error.
Itinerary may be changed by tour manager while execution of the tour hence do not fix your own program at all as the itinerary is subject to change.
As granting or rejecting visas and immigration clearance is the sole prerogative of the concerned sovereign Government, the Company shall neither be responsible in case of non-granting of such documents nor liable for any delay, denial or other related act or for any loss, expense, damage or cost resulting therefrom.
In case, your visa is applied through us and is rejected before 30 days of travel: Visa Fee is Non - Refundable, the booking amount of 25% will be refunded back. Less than 30 Days travel: 25% of the booking amount will be charged.
