Day Wise Schedule

Day 1

VANCOUVER On arrival, come out of the airport and look for shuttle van with Sheraton logo. The shuttle runs every 45 minutes. Aboard the shuttle and get to the hotel for your check in (Recommended arrival time is before 4pm). At 6pm meet your tour manager. Please note that if your flight is coming in late, you will miss the itinerary scheduled for today. Later, depart for flyover Canada to experience an amazing virtual flight ride in which you will "take off" into a huge domed screen to enjoy a breathtaking flight across Canada's most spectacular sights. Day 2

VANCOUVER After breakfast, proceed to visit the Capilano Bridge and appreciate nature from three breathtaking perspectives - Capilano Suspension Bridge, Treetops Adventure and the exciting new Cliffwalk. Later, visit the Granville Island to see the biggest attraction, Public Market. Here there are endless rows of stalls that feature fresh produce, gourmet foods, baked goods, and seafood. Grab a quick lunch on own. After lunch meet the guide for the Guided City tour of Vancouver. Before dinner enjoy free time for shopping. Hotel: Sheraton Vancouver Airport or similar.

Day 3

VANCOUVER - KAMLOOPS Checkout of the hotel after breakfast and drive towards Kamloops (approximately 4 hours). On arrival visit the Monte Creek Winery to do a wine tasting tour at this award winning Ranch Winery. It is also a part of Kamloops Wine Trail. Hotel: Doubletree by Hilton Hotel Kamloops or similar.

Day 4

KAMLOOPS - JASPER Checkout of the hotel after breakfast and drive towards Jasper. Arrive at the Blue River for the River Safari. After a quick lunch on your own, get on your boat. As you are travelling up small rivers, gliding over water only inches deep you are sure to witness a variety of active wildlife always seen on these riverbanks. In addition to an information-pack guides will point out the bears, glaciers and many waterfalls. Hotel: Marmot Lodge or similar.

Day 5

JASPER - BANFF Checkout of the hotel after breakfast and proceed to drive to Banff (approximately 4 hours). After lunch Visit the Columbia Ice Fields to experience the Ice Explorer, which is an all-terrain vehicle that travels on ice that is 1,200 feet thick. Then experience the awesome Glacier Skywalk. Then after drive towards Lake Louise (approximately an hour). Relax in the famous Chateau Lake Louise or just take a stroll through the grounds breathing in fresh mountain air. Take the gondola ride to the top of the Sulphur mountain to witness the breathtaking views of the six mountain ranges from one of the several observation decks. Day 6

BANFF - CALGARY After breakfast proceed to Calgary (Approximately 90 minutes). Here visit the Heritage Park. Explore the lively historical village in the summer, meet friendly pioneers, ride the authentic steam train, or sip tea on the veranda of the Famous 5 exhibits. Lunch on your own at Heritage park. After lunch meet the guide for the Guided City Tour. Later, depart for Calgary Tower. Experience a spectacular 360° view of the bustling city from the glass floor. Hotel: Four Points by Sheraton Calgary Airport or similar.

Day 7

CALGARY TO TORONTO Checkout after breakfast before 11 am. Please check with the hotel bell desk for the timings for shuttle to the Airport. On arrival at Calgary Airport board your flight to Toronto. At Toronto airport there will be a representative meeting you at the baggage claim with your name board, who will assist you for hotel check in. Meet the tour manager at 6pm where you depart to visit CN Tower, here get breathtaking views of this amazing city. Hotel: Sheraton Toronto Airport or similar. Please Note: You will need to book your own flights from Calgary to Toronto.

Day 8

NIAGARA FALLS Today in the afternoon depart to visit Niagara Falls. During the trip to Niagara we will drive around the "Golden Horseshoe" of Lake Ontario and vineyards and rich farmlands. Later arrive at Niagara Falls, here board a sightseeing cruise for a thrilling ride to view the thundering falls from the river level and then proceed to the Journey Behind the Falls. In the evening enjoy dinner and return back to Toronto. Hotel: Sheraton Toronto Airport or similar.

Day 9

TORONTO - 1000 ISLANDS - OTTAWA After breakfast drive to the 1000 Islands. On arrival board a scenic cruise, during the cruise witness dozens of islands, fairytale castles, lighthouses, island mansions and wildlife. Later, proceed towards the capital of Canada, Ottawa; here enjoy guided city tour and discover Canada's proud heritage at impressive national sites and famous landmarks, including the Rideau Canal. Hotel: Ottawa Embassy Hotel and Suites or similar.

Day 10

OTTAWA - MONTREAL Check out the hotel after breakfast. Drive to Parc Omega and on arrival enjoy the safari ride along a 12 kilometer nature route surrounded by lakes, meadows, small valleys, forests and rocky hills. During the safari ride also witness spectacular wildlife such as moose, bears, raccoons and wolves. Later proceed towards Montreal to enjoy a guided city tour. Hotel: Sheraton Montreal Airport or similar.

Day 11

QUEBEC CITY After breakfast depart for the Quebec City. On arrival proceed for the guided city tour of the city. Later depart from Quebec City for the Montmorency Falls which is 83 meters high. On arrival take the cable car in order to view the beautiful falls. After the amazing experience drive back to Montreal. Hotel: Sheraton Montreal Airport or similar.

Day 12

THE TOUR ENDS Today after breakfast, checkout from the hotel (checkout time is 11am). The hotel offers complimentary shuttle to the airport. Please check with the front desk with the shuttle timings. The shuttle operates from 5am-9pm; if an earlier shuttle is required due to early morning flights then please arrange a taxi at your own expense. Return flight must be from Montreal (YUL).

Notes:

In case of any unprecedented hike in airfare, hotel charges or other service charges, the same will be levied extra.
Tour can be canceled or postponed due to natural calamities or any political issues.
No Show Guest would not be given any refund nor would their tours rescheduled.
SIC means Seat In Coach Basis. The driver would communicate with the Guests if there is a change in the assigned pick up
If the Guest fails to reach the designated place within the time arranged, there will be no replacement given and the arrangement needs to be made on your own.
The Guide will be available only for some specific tours/excursions.
If there is any change in flights by airline then tours and Transfers rescheduling will not be done.

After booking Confirmation Rs. 1000/- per person per Amendment Charges.
Room type Twin or Double is at the sole discretion of Hotels. Hotels allocate the rooms on Run of The House basis.
It is entirely your responsibility to arrange, provide and carry on tour valid travel documents including Passport, which is valid for a period of at least six months from the date of travel on the tour with necessary Visa/s and immigration clearance (if applicable), confirmed air-tickets, documents confirming insurance to cover risk to life, limb and property for the duration of the tour, medical clearances, inoculation/vaccination certificates as the case may be to be able to travel as per the tour itinerary.
Any increase in the rate of exchange leading to an increase in surface transportation and land arrangements which may come into effect prior to departure. The tour price is subject to increase without notice if this rate changes substantially prior to departure.
It is entirely your responsibility to check the Service Voucher(s) / Tickets / Visas / Insurance Policies carefully and to let the Company know immediately in the event of any error.
Itinerary may be changed by tour manager while execution of the tour hence do not fix your own program at all as the itinerary is subject to change.
As granting or rejecting visas and immigration clearance is the sole prerogative of the concerned sovereign Government, the Company shall neither be responsible in case of non-granting of such documents nor liable for any delay, denial or other related act or for any loss, expense, damage or cost resulting therefrom.
In case, your visa is applied through us and is rejected before 30 days of travel: Visa Fee is Non - Refundable, the booking amount of 25% will be refunded back. Less than 30 Days travel: 25% of the booking amount will be charged.
