Day Wise Schedule

Day 1

TORONTO Arrive at Toronto airport (YYZ). On arrival meet our airport representative at baggage claim for domestic passengers who will then assist you with your transfer to your hotel. Check in at the hotel will be available from 3pm. (Recommended arrival time is before 4pm). Please note that if your flight is coming in late, then you will miss the itinerary schedule for today. Once you check in relax until 6pm. At 6pm meet your tour manager and depart for the CN tower from where you will enjoy the incredible view of the city and the harbor. Later this evening, enjoy a fabulous Indian dinner and then return back to your hotel. Please note that the hotel may take your credit card at the time of check in towards incidentals. The hold on the card will be released once the guest checks out if no charges have incurred. Hotel: Sheraton Toronto Airport or similar.

Day 2

TORONTO - NIAGARA FALLS After breakfast depart for guided city tour of Toronto. You will proceed to the one of the most famous tourist destination, Niagara Falls. On arrival at the Niagara Falls board a sightseeing cruise to experience amazing views of the thundering falls from the river level. Later that evening proceed for dinner and then return to your hotel. Hotel: Sheraton Toronto Airport or similar.

Day 3

TORONTO -1000 ISLANDS - OTTAWA After breakfast drive to the 1000 Islands. On arrival board a scenic cruise, during the cruise witness dozens of islands, fairytale castles, lighthouses, island mansions and wildlife. Later, proceed towards the capital of Canada, Ottawa; here enjoy guided city tour and discover Canada's proud heritage at impressive national sites and famous landmarks, including the Rideau Canal. Hotel: Ottawa Embassy Hotel and Suites or similar.

Day 4

OTTAWA – MONTREAL Check out the hotel after breakfast. Drive to Parc Omega and on arrival enjoy the safari ride along a 12 kilometer nature route surrounded by lakes, meadows, small valleys, forests and rocky hills. During the safari ride also witness spectacular wildlife such as moose, bears, raccoons and wolves. Later proceed towards Montreal to enjoy a guided city tour. Hotel: Sheraton Montreal Airport or similar.

Day 5

QUEBEC CITY After breakfast depart for the Quebec City. On arrival proceed for the guided city tour of the city. Later depart from Quebec City for the Montmorency Falls which is 83 meters high. On arrival take the cable car in order to view the beautiful falls. After the amazing experience drive back to Montreal. Hotel: Sheraton Montreal Airport or similar.

Day 6

END OF TOUR Today after breakfast, checkout from the hotel (checkout time is 11am). The hotel offers complimentary shuttle to the airport. Please check with the front desk with the shuttle timings. The shuttle operates from 5am-9pm; if an earlier shuttle is required due to early morning flights then please arrange a taxi at your own expense. Return flight must be from Montreal (YUL).

Transfer Surcharges in case of Public Holidays.

Notes:

In case of any unprecedented hike in airfare, hotel charges or other service charges, the same will be levied extra.
Tour can be canceled or postponed due to natural calamities or any political issues.
No Show Guest would not be given any refund nor would their tours rescheduled.
SIC means Seat In Coach Basis. The driver would communicate with the Guests if there is a change in the assigned pick up
If the Guest fails to reach the designated place within the time arranged, there will be no replacement given and the arrangement needs to be made on your own.
The Guide will be available only for some specific tours/excursions.
If there is any change in flights by airline then tours and Transfers rescheduling will not be done.
Above Mentioned Itinerary, Flight, Timing & rates are subject to change. Hotels, services, and Air- Tickets quoted are subject to the final Confirmation from Hotels, Suppliers and Airlines, Else similar property/ Airlines (Hotels) will be used.
After booking Confirmation Rs. 1000/- per person per Amendment Charges.
Room type Twin or Double is at the sole discretion of Hotels. Hotels allocate the rooms on Run of The House basis.
It is entirely your responsibility to arrange, provide and carry on tour valid travel documents including Passport, which is valid for a period of at least six months from the date of travel on the tour with necessary Visa/s and immigration clearance (if applicable), confirmed air-tickets, documents confirming insurance to cover risk to life, limb and property for the duration of the tour, medical clearances, inoculation/vaccination certificates as the case may be to be able to travel as per the tour itinerary.
Any increase in the rate of exchange leading to an increase in surface transportation and land arrangements which may come into effect prior to departure. The tour price is subject to increase without notice if this rate changes substantially prior to departure.
It is entirely your responsibility to check the Service Voucher(s) / Tickets / Visas / Insurance Policies carefully and to let the Company know immediately in the event of any error.
Itinerary may be changed by tour manager while execution of the tour hence do not fix your own program at all as the itinerary is subject to change.
As granting or rejecting visas and immigration clearance is the sole prerogative of the concerned sovereign Government, the Company shall neither be responsible in case of non-granting of such documents nor liable for any delay, denial or other related act or for any loss, expense, damage or cost resulting therefrom.
In case, your visa is applied through us and is rejected before 30 days of travel: Visa Fee is Non - Refundable, the booking amount of 25% will be refunded back. Less than 30 Days travel: 25% of the booking amount will be charged.
