Day Wise Schedule

Day 1

DARJEELING Arrive at New Jalpaiguri Railway Station (NJP) / Bagdogra Airport (IXB) / Tenzing Norgay Bus Stand (Junction), where our representative will be present to greet you and assist you in your hotel transfer. Journey to Darjeeling is an approximate 3 to 4 hour drive. While on the way enjoy the breath-taking views of the Himalayas, scenic valleys, and lush green tea gardens. Upon arrival check into the hotel. Evening is at leisure and can be used to relax or for exploring some of the best places to visit in Darjeeling. Overnight stay will be in Darjeeling.

Day 2

DARJEELING LOCAL SIGHTSEEING Leave early morning around 4 am, as your Darjeeling tour package todays takes you to Tiger Hill and experience a majestic sunrise over the peak. On the way back visit Peace Memorial, Batasia Loop and Ghoom Monastery. After breakfast, proceed to explore Naidu Zoological Park, Tensing Gumpo Rock, and Himalayan Mountaineering Institute (Closed on Thursday), there are several other best places to visit in Darjeeling. Evening is at leisure. Overnight stay will be at the Darjeeling.

Day 3

GANGTOK Morning after breakfast, proceed for your transfer to Gangtok. The approximate 4 hour journey is full of scenic sights and beautiful high mountains. Upon reaching check in to your hotel and have some rest. Later proceed for a local Gangtok sightseeing tour. Gangtok has a lot of tourist attractions like Directorate of Handicrafts & Handloom, Do Drul Chorten (Stupa), Research Institute of Tibetology, Enchey Monastery, and White Hall. After your tour return back to the hotel. Evening is at leisure, relax and unwind. Overnight stay at Gangtok.

Day 4

EXCURSION TO TSOMGO LAKE & BABA MANDIR After your breakfast at the hotel. Proceed for Gangtok excursion trip to Tsomgo Lake and Baba Mandir. Tsomgo Lake is one of the best tourist attraction in Gangtok, which is covered with snow during most seasons. Baba Mandir, a sacred pilgrimage site for tourists that attracts flocks of devotees all year around. Evening is at leisure, you may stroll the mall road or explore some local delicacies. Overnight stay will be in Gangtok.

Day 5

GANGTOK Morning after breakfast. Begin your Gangtok city tour and visit famous tourist attractions like Research Institute of Tibetology, Do Drul Chorten (Stupa), Hanuman Tok, Ganesh Tok, Banjhakri Falls and Tashi View Point, all which are the best places to visit in Darjeeling. In case of any unprecedented hike in airfare, hotel charges or other service charges, the same will be levied extra.
Tour can be canceled or postponed due to natural calamities or any political issues.
No Show Guest would not be given any refund nor would their tours rescheduled.
SIC means Seat In Coach Basis. The driver would communicate with the Guests if there is a change in the assigned pick up
If the Guest fails to reach the designated place within the time arranged, there will be no replacement given and the arrangement needs to be made on your own.
The Guide will be available only for some specific tours/excursions.
If there is any change in flights by airline then tours and Transfers rescheduling will not be done.
Above Mentioned Itinerary, Flight, Timing & rates are subject to change. Hotels, services, and Air Ticket quoted are subject to the final Confirmation from Hotels, Suppliers and Airlines, Else similar property/ Airlines (Hotels) will be used.
After booking Confirmation Rs. 1000/- per person per Amendment Charges.
Room type Twin or Double is at the sole discretion of Hotels. Hotels allocate the rooms on Run of The House basis.
It is entirely your responsibility to arrange, provide and carry on tour valid travel documents including Passport, which is valid for a period of at least six months from the date of travel on the tour with necessary Visa/s and immigration clearance (if applicable), confirmed air tickets, documents confirming insurance to cover risk to life, limb and property for the duration of the tour, medical clearances, inoculation/vaccination certificates as the case may be to be able to travel as per the tour itinerary.
Any increase in the rate of exchange leading to an increase in surface transportation and land arrangements which may come into effect prior to departure. The tour price is subject to increase without notice if this rate changes substantially prior to departure.
It is entirely your responsibility to check the Service Voucher(s) / Tickets / Visas / Insurance Policies carefully and to let the Company know immediately in the event of any error.
Itinerary may be changed by tour manager while execution of the tour hence do not fix your own program at all as the itinerary is subject to change.
As granting or rejecting visas and immigration clearance is the sole prerogative of the concerned sovereign Government, the Company shall neither be responsible in case of nongranting of such documents nor liable for any delay, denial or other related act or for any loss, expense, damage or cost resulting therefrom.
In case, your visa is applied through us and is rejected before 30 days of travel: Visa Fee is non Refundable, the booking amount of 25% will be refunded back. Less than 30 Days travel: 25% of the booking amount will be charged.
