General Information About the Place

Yelagiri is an ideal weekend gateway for hill station lovers. Standing amidst the lush green mountains, constituted by 14 small villages inhabited by tribals, Yelagiri is one of the most popular choices. About 150 km from Bangalore, Yelagiri is quite famous among bike riders, having lots of stopover options on the way. Yelagiri has so much to offer apart from its mesmerising views, such as ancient Hindu temples, Jalagamparai waterfalls, beautiful National park and Punganoor lake-cum-park. Velavan temple is a major landmark, situated at the top of the hill, offering a breathtaking view of valley below. One can enjoy trekking to Swamimalai Hills, which is an adventurous route at distance of 6kms from Punganoor Lake. Enjoy relaxing away from civilization in the lap of nature with a short trip to Yalagiri.

Day Wise Schedule

Day 1

Arrival in Bangalore, After Meet and Greet transfers to Yelagiri. Enjoy the beautiful road journey with a spectacular view. After Check-in visit to Punganoor Lake Park followed by a short trek to Velavan Temple. Return back to the hotel and enjoy your campfire dinner. Overnight Stay in Yelagiri.

Day 2

After Breakfast proceed for local sightseeing and visit the major landmarks of Yelagiri such as Telescope house, Yelagiri National park and Jalagamparai National Park. Taking a bath in the freezing water at the falls is an ultimate experience that will seem like touching your soul. Enjoy the peaceful and tranquil environment of the National park. Day 3

After breakfast, Check out from hotel and transfers to Airport/Railway Station.

Notes:

In case of any unprecedented hike in airfare, hotel charges or other service charges, the same will be levied extra.
Tour can be canceled or postponed due to natural calamities or any political issues.
No Show Guest would not be given any refund nor would their tours rescheduled.
SIC means Seat In Coach Basis. The driver would communicate with the Guests if there is a change in the assigned pick up
If the Guest fails to reach the designated place within the time arranged, there will be no replacement given and the arrangement needs to be made on your own.
The Guide will be available only for some specific tours/excursions.
If there is any change in flights by airline then tours and Transfers rescheduling will not be done.
Above Mentioned Itinerary, Flight, Timing & rates are subject to change. Hotels, services, and Air Ticket quoted are subject to the final Confirmation from Hotels, Suppliers and Airlines, Else similar property/ Airlines (Hotels) will be used.
After booking Confirmation Rs. 1000/- per person per Amendment Charges.
Room type Twin or Double is at the sole discretion of Hotels. Hotels allocate the rooms on Run of The House basis.
It is entirely your responsibility to arrange, provide and carry on tour valid travel documents including Passport, which is valid for a period of at least six months from the date of travel on the tour with necessary Visa/s and immigration clearance (if applicable), confirmed air tickets, documents confirming insurance to cover risk to life, limb and property for the duration of the tour, medical clearances, inoculation/vaccination certificates as the case may be to be able to travel as per the tour itinerary.
Any increase in the rate of exchange leading to an increase in surface transportation and land arrangements which may come into effect prior to departure. The tour price is subject to increase without notice if this rate changes substantially prior to departure.
It is entirely your responsibility to check the Service Voucher(s) / Tickets / Visas / Insurance Policies carefully and to let the Company know immediately in the event of any error.
Itinerary may be changed by tour manager while execution of the tour hence do not fix your own program at all as the itinerary is subject to change.
As granting or rejecting visas and immigration clearance is the sole prerogative of the concerned sovereign Government, the Company shall neither be responsible in case of nongranting of such documents nor liable for any delay, denial or other related act or for any loss, expense, damage or cost resulting therefrom.
In case, your visa is applied through us and is rejected before 30 days of travel: Visa Fee is non Refundable, the booking amount of 25% will be refunded back. Less than 30 Days travel: 25% of the booking amount will be charged.
