How will I get the bonus points?
On successful registration, bonus points in the form of Ecash will get added to your wallet (On registration, a virtual wallet account is created on the portal linked with customer profile). This Ecash can be redeemed while booking Flight, Hotels or Bus/Volvo on the portal.
What is the Redemption process?
While booking Flight, Hotels or Bus/Volvo on the portal, on payment page, you will get an option to utilize the Ecash available in your wallet in addition to other payment modes.
Can I redeem the bonus points/value in parts?
Yes. While booking Flight, Hotels or Bus/Volvo online, on payment page, you will be shown available Ecash balance in your wallet and you will be given an option to utilize the said balance in full or part while making payment.
Do I have to travel within 30 days?
No, travel dates can be further away but reservations, billing, and payment must be made within 30 days after registration.

All further questions / concerns / complaints relating to benefits and exchanges will be entertained only until the 30 day period from the date of registration.
The final decision on all such matters will be submitted to Paul Merchants Ltd and Disputes, if any, arising from or in connection with that will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Chandigarh competent court.
Your relationship with Paul Merchants Ltd. will be governed by the User Agreement and Privacy Policy that appear on this portal.
