Day Wise Schedule

Day 1

Dubai Welcome to Dubai - the city of merchants. On appearance on the scene you will be met and assisted with immigration formalities and luggage handling. Have a relaxing & refreshing transfer to your hotel for check-in. We would then depart for a city tour of Dubai (4hrs) where we marvel the superstructures of Dubai, including Burj Al Arab, Jumeriah Mosque, and the tallest building in the world - Burj Khalifa. Evening at leisure or shopping at Deira city centre. Dinner at your favourite Indian restaurant. Overnight stay in Hotel.

Day 2

Desert Safari tour with Belly Dance. After breakfast, proceed for some of the best things to do in Dubai, like Dubai Aquarium & Underwater Zoo which is one of the most captivating attractions in Dubai. Located at The Dubai Mall, the largest mall in the world, offering a memorable journey into ocean life (extra cost). Late afternoon we go for Sand Dune bashing and see the famous belly dancing with barbecue dinner. Overnight at hotel.

Day 3

Dubai Evening Dhow cruise (optional) After breakfast, a day at leisure or shopping at Wafi City, Bur Juman or the Souks. Evening we go for one of the best places to visit in Dubai, the Dhow cruise with dinner (optional) overnight stay in a hotel.

Day 4

Dubai Departure Post Breakfast, get a drop at the Airport for your onward journey. Bid farewell to Dubai with sweet memories.

Country’s Tourist Fee wherever applicable.

Rates may change in the case of hotel rates, transport rates, government taxes or entrance fees.
Transfer Surcharges in case of Public Holidays.

Notes:

In case of any unprecedented hike in airfare, hotel charges or other service charges, the same will be levied extra.
Tour can be canceled or postponed due to natural calamities or any political issues.
No Show Guest would not be given any refund nor would their tours rescheduled.
SIC means Seat In Coach Basis. The driver would communicate with the Guests if there is a change in the assigned pick up
If the Guest fails to reach the designated place within the time arranged, there will be no replacement given and the arrangement needs to be made on your own.
The Guide will be available only for some specific tours/excursions.
If there is any change in flights by airline then tours and Transfers rescheduling will not be done.
Above Mentioned Itinerary, Flight, Timing & rates are subject to change. Hotels, services, and Air- Tickets quoted are subject to the final Confirmation from Hotels, Suppliers and Airlines, Else similar property/ Airlines (Hotels) will be used.
After booking Confirmation Rs. 1000/- per person per Amendment Charges.
Room type Twin or Double is at the sole discretion of Hotels. Hotels allocate the rooms on Run of The House basis.
It is entirely your responsibility to arrange, provide and carry on tour valid travel documents including Passport, which is valid for a period of at least six months from the date of travel on the tour with necessary Visa/s and immigration clearance (if applicable), confirmed air-tickets, documents confirming insurance to cover risk to life, limb and property for the duration of the tour, medical clearances, inoculation/vaccination certificates as the case may be to be able to travel as per the tour itinerary.
Any increase in the rate of exchange leading to an increase in surface transportation and land arrangements which may come into effect prior to departure. The tour price is subject to increase without notice if this rate changes substantially prior to departure.
It is entirely your responsibility to check the Service Voucher(s) / Tickets / Visas / Insurance Policies carefully and to let the Company know immediately in the event of any error.
Itinerary may be changed by tour manager while execution of the tour hence do not fix your own program at all as the itinerary is subject to change.
As granting or rejecting visas and immigration clearance is the sole prerogative of the concerned sovereign Government, the Company shall neither be responsible in case of non-granting of such documents nor liable for any delay, denial or other related act or for any loss, expense, damage or cost resulting therefrom.
In case, your visa is applied through us and is rejected before 30 days of travel: Visa Fee is Non - Refundable, the booking amount of 25% will be refunded back. Less than 30 Days travel: 25% of the booking amount will be charged.
